This condo sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico with easy parking, a heated pool and hot tub year-round, and easy beach access. This one-bedroom, plus a bunk room and two bathrooms can accommodate up to 6 guests. Included in your rental of our condo, we provide two beach chairs with umbrella from March through Oct 15. There are also extra chairs on the balcony that you can take back and forth to the beach if you need them.

Family girls trip

Loved our recent stay at this condo! Quiet part of PCB and gorgeous views from the balcony! Condo was very nice and comfy and had everything we needed! Had to reach out to owners with a few questions and they were quick to respond and so friendly! I would definitely rent this unit again!

Beautiful

We were impressed with every aspect of our stay at Bill and Jane’s Condo. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owners definitely go the extra mile to make it feel like a home away from home. Our favorite part of our stay was the breathtaking view from inside the condo and on the balcony. We plan to stay here anytime we visit PCB and it’s available and definitely recommend it.

Palazzo

Super nice condo, was very clean. We had a great view. It is located at the end of the strip so traffic was not horrible. We had great communication with owner, if we had any questions. The grounds and pool were also clean,( which is a big plus to me). We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

First of all, the owners of condo were awesome to work with. Checked in on us couple times. The condo was furnished with everything you could possibly need. Very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again next year.

The unit was clean & cozy with personal touches of extras like beginner coffee, laundry & dishwasher pods., etc. The comfy lounge chairs on the balcony were where we spent a lot of time. Jane & Bill were excellent to deal with & easy to reach. Will definitely be back!

Quick getaway

The property is as-advertised. Clean, convenient and perfect for coffee with a view! 2 teen girls lived the pool and beach chair/umbrella service. The property is close to the grocery store and within walking distance to several eating establishments. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond. I left an item in the unit after checkout and Jane got in touch with the cleaner right away. My item is in the mail! Extra beach chairs and umbrellas available. No cooler or wagon but that didn’t matter to us. If we visit PCB again we would definitely book this unit again.

Cozy, clean and amazing views

Our first experience with vrbo and booking a beach front condo. AMAZING, owners were available during the entire process, even checked in on us during our stay and great to work with!! Condo was perfect for our family of 3 and the balcony was absolutely perfect!! Amazing views of the ocean, comfy chairs to take an afternoon nap in and provided the perfect location for those breathtaking sunset views!!! Added bonus was being able to watch the dolphins play every afternoon during lunch on the balcony!!! We all felt very safe and welcomed by both condo and beach staff, we look forward to booking again!!!

Wonderful Stay, Ckean and Comfortable

The condo is comfortably furnished, extremely clean, and includes many thoughtful amenities like beach chairs to use, though 2 loungers on the beach are included in the rental. The Gulf view from the balcony is stunning and the beach has soft sand and is spotless. A wonderful place to relax. The entire building is very clean and well maintained too. We walked to a grocery store across the street for our food, ice cream shop and large beach store across the street too. Less traffic and noise at the condo location as it’s at the west end of the beach strip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Gift from Heaven!

The owners June & Bill were AMAZING! We were in Ft Myers Beach for our 40th wedding anniversary when Milton was projected to hit. Not wanting to ruin our trip we started looking for a new place to stay. We stumbled on June & Bills condo. They were so helpful and accomodating in a very stressful time. She was so responsive and helpful. She even called us to make sure we were safe and everythig at the condo was satisfactory. June litterally saved our anniversary. The unit was even bett than the pictures and description. Palazzo is a great property. We will deffinatly be staying at their condo again in the future!

Absolutely perfect!

Jane is great at communicating both before and during the stay. The booking process was very easy, registering the vehicle was easy, and it was nice having a door code and not having to worry about physical keys. They had everything you’d need in the condo, from detergent to a clip on fan for the bunks. It was wonderful and we definitely hope to be back. The view was beautiful. Hardly any wait time for the elevators. The location was not super crowded, beach wise. We did not have any issues with use of complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. But, the owners also had some in the condo to use as well. I’m telling you, it was perfect. Good for our soul. Lots of smiles and happiness from our crew!

BEST PLACE AWAY FROM HOME! PERFECT LOCATION!

My friend we had the most relaxing trip staying at Jane and Bill’s condo. Everything from booking, checking in and any questions or concerns I had it was only a phone call or a text away. They made sure I was well informed of any renovations going on and if I wanted to continue staying or make a change to my reservation. Everything listed on the description is as true as it can get. I absolutely loved the fact that they had beach umbrellas and folding beach chairs that you can take down to the beach and back, which saved me from packing it from home. The view from the living room area out to the balcony is amazing as well. This location also has Winn Dixie right down the road for a quick grocery run. Target and Walmart is less than 10 mins away, there’s a souvenir shop a walking distance from Palazzo. Don’t miss out on Jane and Bill’s condo!! I’m hoping to book again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo. The condo had everything we needed and the location is great. The views were fantastic and the beach access is unmatched. Wonderful Stay!

We went to PCB for the first time and stayed in this unit. From start to finish everything was great, Jane is amazing to work with. Beautiful condo, great balcony, quiet beach and ocean. We hope to return soon, don't pass up this condo!

Perfect for us!

This was a great spot just outside the busy area of the beach. The grocery store and Mcguires Irish pub are right across the street. We walked to local places during the day and night and never felt a bit unsafe. The sunset views are amazing! Jane is also great to communicate with. We will stay here again.

Panama City Beach was a regular vacation spot for our families almost every year while we were growing up. So when were married our favorite place to go was Panama City Beach. We spent our honeymoon at PCB. We still love going there and think it’s even better now than it was over 50 years ago.

Why they chose this property

We like the location of the Palazzo- the west end of PCB and only one mile from Pier Park and still on the quieter end of the beach. We love having the parking underneath the condo so you can move quickly and easily from your car to your condo. The condo has wider hallways and the rooms are a little bit larger than other one bedroom 2 bath condos. Plus the private balcony is bigger and there is a bunk room. The people are very nice too.

What makes this property unique

There is parking across the street if you need it for oversized vehicles. Pool is heated year round.
