This is a great, kid-friendly property with a beautiful beach view. It’s clean, the bed is comfy, and the amenities are in good condition. We would absolutely stay here again.

The host was super easy to work with! The rooms were very clean, and the beach view was amazing! Definitely one of my favorite family friendly resorts! Will 100% be staying again in the future!

We were very happy with our stay. Location is great. Our unit was nice and very comfortable. Elevators weren’t as bad as I’ve seen reviews about Splash in general mention. The 3rd floor was plenty high enough for a spectacular view.The room was very quiet which was great for my kids to take afternoon naps.As a father I feel this is a great place to stay for the family. My kids made a multitude of new distant friends and had an absolute blast. Sadly they cried the day we had to leave. If you’re thinking about booking this unit, do it! Money well spent and forever memories made!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was spotless, beautifully kept, and exactly as described. The view was amazing, the beach was perfect, and the entire check in/check out process was smooth and easy. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. You can tell the owners really care about their guests having a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. We will love to book again to stay next year too. Our host was very nice and responded at check in. My family loves splash and will continue to stay every year. The family atmosphere and well kept beach and pool areas keep us coming back. The men who run the chairs on the beach are aways friendly and helpful to me. The front staff at check in was up beat and so friendly to us. The unit was lovely and the beach view was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the unit was very clean with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time in the unit, on the balcony, at the pools, and on the beach. Marlena was a wonderful host and made sure everything went smoothly from check in to checkout.

I am an apartment property manager, so the things I noticed was that the microwave doesn’t open unless you pull it open because it’s cracked and broken. There is a light out in the kitchen so I don’t know if anyone’s really doing maintenance on the condo. It was mostly clean when we arrived. The towels were still in the dryer half damp so the housekeeper didn’t finish that part and we completed it ourselves the night of arrival. Everything was pretty clean and it was nice. It’s beautiful view host was super friendly!

Thank you for staying with us. Typically the house Cleaner does not leave wet towels in dryer. The microwave was recently replaced because somebody broke it the exact same way….and again it has apparently been broken a second time and we will have to replace it again. As an apartment manager, you know, people are hard on things we go down every six months to check on the condo. Thank you.
