RELAXING and FUN

This condo is one of the highly coveted 1+ bedroom 2 bath condos. There is a great king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and three twin beds (bunk) in the hall. This roomy condo has bedding for 7 people and is, of course, located right on the gulf, along with all of the other condos in Splash Resort.

On your site there are promises of dive-in movies, duck races, karaoke much more to explore like snorkeling and dolphin cruises through the offered partner Xplorie all at the resort- management at the resort stated that has not been done in over 7 years. A huge red flag that I wanted to call out was after management shut down for the day around 5 there were swarms of people that came off the beach and used the pool and hot tub that were not staying at the resort. The pools were often over-crowded and not well maintained. The room was clean but nothing special. Overpromised, under delivered.

Grandkids first trip

The host was amazing and communication was excellent. They were very accommodating and room was just as described and the views were amazing ! It was 3 of my grandchildren’s first visit and they loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play in the waves as well as getting to see maya rays 2 days in a row while swimming . It was very kid friendly and was on the quieter end of the beach . We will definitely stay here again.

Better than expected!

I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of our condo. It was the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. The host was very responsive and even checked in to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this condo to any family looking for a beautiful beachfront condo.

Wonder full place to stay

This condo was the perfect size for me and my family. It had an amazing view of the ocean, close to the elevators and the trash shoot. It was clean and had everything we needed while we were there. The host contacted me to make sure all was well when we got there. I will probably try to get this same condo next time we visit Panama City Beach, FL.

Condo at PCB Beach

The condo was a good size for our family of 5. However, the pull out bottom bunk from the bunk beds seemed to be dirty/sandy, so my oldest slept on the couch. We enjoyed the two bathrooms. The washer/dryer combo were out of date but still useable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, bowls and utensils to fit our needs. The balcony had a beautiful view. The beach chairs and umbrella on the beach was a wonderful add on bonus!

Great place for families with small children

My wife, kids and I enjoy staying at Splash. This condo was clean, had cable for kids to watch TV, and had a washer and dryer to wash your towels and clothes. And of course the view was gorgeous. We live nearby and will be making arrangements to stay every month during the summer every year. The kids stay busy with all of the different pools. From the splash pad to the lazy river, the kids go back and forth to each one. There's a pool side cafe for when you need something to eat but don't want to wrangle up the kids to go somewhere to eat. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

The perfect family vacation

The room has everything you need with the best sunset view. The washer and dryer was a nice surprise that I didnt realize was in the room until after we arrived. Its extremely conveniently located. Everything you need is not far away. In the middle between Andrew state park and camp Helen state park. Pier park not far away. We got hooked on the Kilwins ice cream at Pier park. Try it.. its amazing! The Splash water pool and play was a big hit with our 9 year old daughter. The beach and assigned beach chairs was perfect. Everything was great and we plan on going back.

Honest review

First off let me start by saying the owner is amazing!! She responded immediately to my booking request and was very very easy to get a hold of. The condo was clean and in a great location. Fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay. With that being said the condo is in desperate need of new furniture. There wasn’t a piece of furniture that wasn’t chipped or broken and very worn even though I knew it was clean it made the condo look dirty.

Great location

The condo location and view were really nice but the furnishings do need some updating. The couch and recliner are extremely wore out and had a funny smell to them. The master bed was broken and barely held together. You could tell the paint on the walls had been touched up but the colors didn’t match. The decor didn’t really go with the design of the condo. When we would take showers, our family of four could not take back to back showers without running out of hot water. We would have to wait 30-45 minutes after our kids took showers to even get a little hot water. Overall I think it could be a nice condo but I does need some updating.

Great room and resort

We really enjoyed staying at Splash and the room was great. The owners were easy to contact and very nice. The room was exactly as pictured. There are some things that need to be fixed due to some water damage from Hurricane Michael still, but it was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items I didn’t even expect (blender, crockpot, George Forman). The washer and drier worked fine which was great! My kids loved the bunk beds. We were a little disappointed in the lack of communication about construction going on at the resort but have already brought it up to the owner and she said she would do her best to get more information about it in the future. Overall we really liked the place and would go back to Splash again and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this room!!

Family Vacay

Condo was nice, resort was just "ok", they desperately need more elevators so be prepared to wait, elevators consistently showed up full so just when you thought the wait was over you had to wait some more, also they could use more luggage carts, on main check-in and out days they have to be tracked down. Condo had enough space for a family of four easily, showers could use some new shower heads but no real complaints overall besides the A/C being locked to 70 degrees, I understand it not needing to be set below that point for daytime hours but at night I would prefer a little lower. Host was great and answered questions and resolved the only issue we had which was the balcony sliding glass door being hard to open and close. Beach chairs with umbrella just didn't provide us the amount of shaded space we wanted so we were forced to move a little further left to a space that is only wide enough to accommodate maybe 3-4 canopies so if you wanted a front row view you needed to be out there early setting up, to the right of the condo there were jet ski rentals so that wasn't an option. Overall the family enjoyed the prettiest water I've seen in PCB in probably 10 years, a comfortable bed and condo that met our needs and will consider again in the future. Also will mention the waterpark kept the kids attention all of 2 maybe 3 hours at the most, our thought was we could use it in case it rained but the one day we did have a little rain it was closed due to weather.

We had such a great stay at Splash Resort in PCB! The condo was very nice and exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The resort itself has everything you need you really don’t have to leave! The food was 10/10, and the mixed drinks at the bar were AMAZING.The pools were great, and we especially loved the lazy river it was such a fun touch. Our room also came with beach chairs, which was super convenient and made our beach days even more relaxing. There’s even a candy and souvenir shop right under the parking deck. Highly recommend for a fun and stress-free beach getaway!
