Get ready to experience one of the top beaches in the country, while enjoying a couples or family vacation in a beautifully decorated and super clean non-smoking condo. FREE BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED FROM MARCH 1st THROUGH OCTOBER 10th (includes two chase lounge chairs and one umbrella). THAT'S A $50.00 VALUE PER DAY during the prime season! Palazzo #604 is located on the 6th floor, making the Gulf views phenomenal from this unit. You’re high enough to escape any noise coming from pool deck and beach, but not too high to see all of the beauty the beach has to offer. You will love sitting out on the large 17 ft balcony watching the dolphins or enjoying the breath-taking Florida sunsets! This is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee and evening cocktails.

You’ll have everything you need to help make your vacation comfortable. The condo is one of the largest and open floor plans in the area with 9 Ft ceilings and windows that stretch from floor to ceiling and run the width of the condo.

The great room has neutral tones, with a beachy feel. It has a sofa and love seat. For entertainment, the condo features a Samsung TV and Blu-ray player, cable, WiFi and a variety of movies are provided for your enjoyment. There is also an assortment of books and games.

The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, a good-sized pantry and breakfast bar with bar stools. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need and includes a coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is also a dining area with table and chairs to enjoy your meals, when not eating outside.

The master bedroom features a super-comfortable king-size bed, with closet and lots of storage. There is also a flat screen TV with cable in the bedroom. The master bath includes a tub/shower.

The bunk room features a day bed (twin). Right off that is the hall bath with stand-up shower.

The laundry room includes a stackable washer and dryer that makes it easy to keep your clothes and beach towels clean.

We have a keyless access code system, so no wasting time checking-in; you go straight to the condo! No key cards to keep up with or worry about misplacing them while at the beach.

The Building – Palazzo is a non-smoking building, that is unique because the 4-level garage is directly under the building, so no walking over a crosswalk and then taking another elevator to your car. You would not believe how convenient this makes it! There is a $40 parking fee that covers your entire stay. Also, Palazzo is known to have some of the fastest elevators in the area, making getting to and from the beach or your car a breeze.

Amenities – Palazzo features a heated swimming pool located on the fifth level making for spectacular views, a hot tub located beside the pool that is always well maintained. There is also a fitness center that overlooks the Gulf. Makes working out much more enjoyable!

Location – Palazzo is conveniently located on the west end side of the beach closer to 30A, yet less than a mile from Pier Park. It’s also less than a 20 minute ride to the new Panama City Beach International Airport.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time! The place is just as the pictures show. The condo itself is super clean, and welcoming. The view is amazing. Parking was great and really convenient to have right under the building. There are several places to eat close by and the grocery store pretty much right across the street. We walked to dinner 2 nights. It’s almost 2 miles to Pier Park so we did drive there one night for dinner. The building is well kept up, the pool area was nice and clean as well. The hot tub felt great on a cool evening. Would definitely recommend to others.

Outstanding 1 bedroom in Palazzo

We had the pleasure of staying in the 1-bedroom condo on the 6th floor of the Palazzo Building, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the stunning views from the balcony. The condo itself was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout of the condo was perfect, with a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy bedroom that offered the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the beach decor to the modern appliances. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the balcony, where we could enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf below. The location of the Palazzo Building was also excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, grocery store and attractions. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this 1-bedroom condo to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in the area. Huge thanks to the owner for sharing their amazing condo and responding promptly to all queries we had during our stay.

This condo is amazing!! Right on the beach yet just enough away from all the PCB traffic. Parking garage under the building so no walking issues. Fast elevators with easy entry to condo. No issues whatsoever and the owner even checked on us to make sure we were ok. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!!

Why they chose this property

We have vacationed in the Panama City Beach area a few times and decided it would be great to buy a property that we could use for a quick getaway to relax and unwind. We looked at several places and chose Palazzo because it represented everything we were looking for. It is a low-density building, located on the West side of the beach closer to 30A. This makes it easy to relax, yet you are within a mile of Pier Park for all the restaurants and shopping. The building itself is very upscale and well maintained. The condos are among the largest in the area and the balconies are big and private, so you can enjoy the gorgeous gulf views. The parking is right under the building, so no walking over crosswalks to get to your car. The elevators are lightning fast – which means no waiting! The parking and elevators were huge selling points for us. The beach is very large for the size of the building, so it’s easy to relax and enjoy a good book or play in the water with your favorite toy without being disturbed.
