Panama City Beach Front View of the Gulf Sea at Tidewater Beach Resort unit 2812. This King Bed w/Adjustable Base Master with ocean view and Small Bedroom (was bunk room) with double Bed with adjustable base, and Queen sofa pullout is on the beach on the 28th floor penthouse level ceiling height with gulf-front balcony across living room and master bedroom. Paid seasonal beach chair setup for 2 chairs and umbrella at the resort is included. Recently updated furniture. Resort features gulf beach access, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 indoor jacuzzis, 2 outdoor jacuzzis; gym, indoor sauna, steam room game-room, restaurant "Waves", pool-side Tiki Bar, and convenience store serving ice cream and Starbucks coffee.
NOTE: AGE RESTRICTION OF 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER
Check out time 9am Check in time 3 pm.
Note: You will need to log onto www.TidewaterHoa.com and pre-register for your stay no later than 48 hours prior to your stay. This property is a beautiful condo with all the luxuries of home. Nicely furnished, super comfortable master and two full baths. The balcony views of the sugar beach and ocean are stunning. Two pools with hot tubs and two beach set ups with chairs and umbrella are a bonus!Our host was pleasant and communicative. I would stay here again if ever in PCB.

This condo is like my home away from home. Pictures are very accurate. This condo is always clean and tidy when I arrive.Kitchen fully stocked. Living area has plenty of seating and the tv is huge. There are two bedrooms - the main one has sliding glass door to extended balcony where you can look out over the waves and hear the calming surf while you have your coffee. The bed is super comfortable with a remote to control mattress. The second bedroom is small but does have an attached bathroom with a washer dryer.Lois answers all correspondence quickly.There is covered parking and plenty of carts to haul your things to your condo.I have never encountered long waits for the elevator but Im never there during high season. The registration desk is fast and efficient.All in all, for me, its the perfect place to unwind and chill.I already reserved it for this coming Christmas week, and have been here twice this year so far. You wont be disappointed if you reserve time here.

We really enjoyed our stay! Watching the fish, dolphins and sea turtle from the balcony was such a treat, and the sunsets and fireworks were beautiful. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

First let me start off by saying you could literally just sit on the balcony all day and be satisfied with your stay. The views were amazing. Every morning we could see rays, dolphins, schools of fish, and even the occasional shark or two. The condo was very clean and well organized. There were plenty of dishes and utensils. Also, plenty of cook ware. The host was very kind and helpful. My wife and I were very satisfied with our visit. We only wish we could have stayed longer. 10/10 would recommend.

I love the beach and enjoy sharing my property with others so that they can make lifetime memories at Tidewater Beach Resort. I have two condos at Tidewater and one house in downtown Pensacola Florida

Why they chose this property

This property has views forever and ever... you will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets year round from the balcony of 2812! The unit has had a nice face lift with lots of new decor and new HVAC and Hot Water Heater so that my guests do not have to worry about having a mechanical problem during their stay. I use a professional cleaning company and all linen in the unit is washed after each stay. I take pride in offering a top notch unit for my guest to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Being on the 28th floor provides endless views of the beach, shoreline, and beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. The glass windows and sliding doors are the height of Penthouse level and create breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. The expansive balcony stretches the length of the living room and master bedroom and you will have access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom. There is new poly-wood outdoor furniture on the balcony so that you an sit and take in the beauty you came for!! This unit has all the Kitchen gadgets need to prepare a wonderful meal and a new King mattress for sleeping in comfort. The unit is tucked back away from the main hall so that you are able to get the best privacy avilable at Tidewater. New HVAC and Hot Water Heater provides a decrease in the chances you will have some sort of mechanical inconvenience. Come, Enjoy and Relax at the Beach in this Great Unit!!
