This King Bed w/Adjustable Base Master and Small Bedroom with Full Size Bed with adjustable base, and Queen sofa pullout is on the beach on the 28th floor penthouse level ceiling height with gulf-front balcony across Living Room and Bedroom. Paid seasonal beach chair setup for 2 chairs and umbrella at the resort is included. Resort features gulf beach access, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 indoor jacuzzis, 2 outdoor jacuzzis; gym, indoor sauna, steam room game-room, restaurant "Waves", pool-side Tiki Bar, and convenience store serving ice cream and Starbucks coffee. Note: You will need to log onto www.TidewaterHoa.com and pre-register for your stay no later than 48 hours prior to your stay. There will be a $38.45 Fee (total for all guests) for your pre-registration(NOTE: REGISTER AS A 1 BEDROOM). This property was beautifully decorated. It had ALL thr amenities of home. Very clean, modern, and stocked. The Host was very helpful, clear with instructions, and very knowledgeable of the area and condo rules. Would absolutely return .

Perfect relaxing break

We've stayed at Tidewater before, in the same floorplan, so no surprises there. It is nice, however, to work directly with the owner and not a management company: Lois was quick to respond and we had everything we needed before arriving onsite. Absolutely nothing we could fault in the condo: clean, comfortable, weel-equipped, and an amazing view from the 28th floor. No issues waiting for elevators since this was early March and all the communal areas were clean and well-maintained. We are regular visitors to the gulf coast and will likely be back at Tidewater in the future.

Wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful view, very clean and comfortable. The owner couldn’t be nicer. Close to many restaurants and shopping. The beach is great!

Comfort and Convenience in Paradise!

We've stayed at many of the condos in Tidewater over the years; we love the complex and location. This particular unit was our favorite yet, and we'll book it again! Very clean, well-appointed, and pleasing esthetics. The view and extra long balcony simply cannot be beat. The owner Lois was very helpful and communicative. I'm already longing to be back!

I love the beach and enjoy sharing my property with others so that they can make lifetime memories at Tidewater Beach Resort. I have two condos at Tidewater and one house in downtown Pensacola Florida

Why they chose this property

This property has views forever and ever... you will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets year round from the balcony of 2812! The unit has had a nice face lift with lots of new decor and new HVAC and Hot Water Heater so that my guests do not have to worry about having a mechanical problem during their stay. I use a professional cleaning company and all linen in the unit is washed after each stay. I take pride in offering a top notch unit for my guest to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Being on the 28th floor provides endless views of the beach, shoreline, and beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. The glass windows and sliding doors are the height of Penthouse level and create breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. The expansive balcony stretches the length of the living room and master bedroom and you will have access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom. There is new poly-wood outdoor furniture on the balcony so that you an sit and take in the beauty you came for!! This unit has all the Kitchen gadgets need to prepare a wonderful meal and a new King mattress for sleeping in comfort. The unit is tucked back away from the main hall so that you are able to get the best privacy avilable at Tidewater. New HVAC and Hot Water Heater provides a decrease in the chances you will have some sort of mechanical inconvenience. Come, Enjoy and Relax at the Beach in this Great Unit!!
