STUNNING Oceanfront ~ Pools! Pools! Sleeps 6 - 1BR 2BA FREE BEACH CHAIRS

Escape to our pristine condo on the west end of Panama City Beach, where you will be directly on the ocean with mesmerizing views. This is a FULL family resort with far more amenities and experiences than most.

You’ll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. This is a larger floor plan than most 1 bedroom units, with two full baths, a spacious living area, and a wide balcony with views our guests rave about.

You’ll have free beach service with an umbrella and two chairs (March-October). We also have luxurious balcony furnishings, dozens of videos and games, and a pack and play for your little one.

Emerald Beach Resort boasts three pools, one with a poolside bar, one with zero entry, and two with year-round heat. There is also a full-service popular SkyBar with nightly activities or music, a fitness center, Starbucks, shopping, outdoor grills, and arcade, a game room, and seasonal poolside movies.

The resort has the fastest elevators on the beach, and four of the eight elevators have just been replaced in a multi-million dollar project, making them not only fast but quiet.

2024 upgrades to our condo include high-end chamber pillows (similar to Disney’s), a super cute bunk bed area with cute privacy curtains and individual lighting, a pair of Frontgate loungers on the balcony and some new furnishings carefully selected for comfort. We have also just replaced the air conditioning system and it is icy-cold.

When you're ready to explore, you'll find an array of exciting attractions nearby. Step right outside to the Panama City Beaches, or walk to popular restaurants nearby. Hop in the car for a beautiful short drive to the Rosemary Beach area, or over to Pier Park, where you can shop, dine, and be entertained. We are also a mile away from the new Top Golf (coming soon) For a day of family fun, head to Shipwreck Island Waterpark, just a 4-minute drive away.

Our repeat guests LOVE the location, the cleanliness, balcony view, attention to detail, comfortable furnishings, and the resort experience. Many have told us that this is their favorite unit at the resort.

Outstanding!!!

This was perfect unit for my daughter and I for Springbreak. She had her own bed space and place to hang out. The living area was outstanding and she lived in the round spinny chair. Her cousins live locally and were able to sit and play some of the board games during the rainy days we had. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

Phenomenal view!

This was our first time at this resort and let me tell you it did not disappoint! We have zero complaints about anything! We found the room with no problems! The staff at the resort were very kind and helpful if we had questions. The host was very pleasant and made it a very easy stay! The unit was overly stocked with dishes and cooking essentials. An abundance of towels for showers and such. Nice big bathrooms, very comfortable furniture. The view.....was the best view ive personally ever seen, especially sunrise and sunset! We had a fantastic time!!!!

Spring Break

This was a great place for my family of 4 to spend a few days of our spring break. We would love to stay here again and I’d recommend the resort and condo to family and friends. It had everything we needed and the owners responded quickly when I had questions. The beach chairs were an amazing addition!

BEST STAY AT PANAMA CITY BEACH!

You won't regret staying here. We have stayed at Emerald Beach before. None of those were as good as this one. Better than the pictures depict.

This place has everything we could ever need and then some! The location is fantastic! You walk to so many restaurants on the beach! The included beach chairs rental is such a plus. Our family has made precious memories here and we will be back

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect and had all the amenities needed. Loved the view and the chairs on the balcony. Had a great selection of toys and boogie boards to enjoy at the beach. Perfect location and close to everything needed. Communication was also fantastic. Having two pools and a gym were a plus. Having the two reserved chairs on the beach was another bonus. The two beds in the hall were perfect for our kids. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything we need but my favorite is the homemade ice cream shop across the street. The included chair rental is appreciated as well. We will definitely stay again. Thanks.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our trip to this condo. The view was amazing to wake-up to. Melanie was a fast responder to text and messages when we had questions/issues. Things to note: if you don’t arrive on the beach early, you are not guaranteed a chair from the tiki hut. It is first come first serve but if you are there a week, you only have to get down there and reserve it on the first day - if there are any available. We wish we would have known this since it was a short trip. Melanie does provide chairs and an umbrella in the condo, but we didn’t want to lug it down. Also, the pool doesn’t have any umbrella’s! We would have sat up there but def needed some shade. The AC wouldn’t let us cool the condo to our liking since it is on a smart thermostats that doesn’t allow you to drop the AC past a certain point based on the temperature outside (per Melanie after we texted). And the vent in the bedroom doesn’t work well so we were hot while we were sleeping - fans are provided in the bedroom though. We would stay here again but would have wanted to know the above quirks :)

Nice Place . It is described honestly

We had a great time. Nice place. Clean, stocked with Everything u will need. Dishes, towels, videos. Master Bedroom is really Noisy with the clanking of the elevators. But if u keep TV turned up It covers most of the noise. But host was quick to respond to questions. She gave tips on shopping. Very nice place to spend your vacation.

Great location, great stay

Best beach location I’ve been to in 20 years. Room was great, easy access to beach and dining locations. Swam with stingrays, snorkeled with fish and watched dolphins swim on the beach on the first day. Will definitely be back to make more memories.

Perfect beach vacation with everything included
