We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The condo is bigger than pictured! Had everything we needed and the beds and furniture are comfortable. Mater bedroom and bathroom is HUGE. Balcony is HUGE. Great end of the beach and condo pool and hot tub were nice and clean.Only issue we had is master bed has a very soft topper and the bed is soft. We were able to sleep just fine on it, but we just like firmer beds. And yes, the bed being soft is our only complaint. Will stay again

Great Condo!!!

This is our second year staying In this condo. We had a very comfortable stay and no issues. Condo is super clean and had everything we needed. It is the perfect location. Close to everything but still the quiet West end. We would definately choose this unit again. Palazzo is perfect but at usual parking is tight but there is a small lot across the street for larger vehicles. Don’t hesitate to rent this one!

We loved Palazzo!

I will definitely being staying here again! The room was exactly as pictured! The beds were comfy and clean. The full size washer and dryer made laundry a breeze. The shower water pressure is amazing. The balcony had plenty of seating. The elevators were great and parking was easy. Also, I loved having two beach loungers to use each day. There were only a few things that would have made things run a little smoother. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the balcony light; perhaps it needed a bulb. Add a tea pitcher to the kitchen. Instructions for how to operate the fan/light remotes. The small bathroom tub was slow to drain while showering. I think it’s due to the amazing water pressure though. None of which are deal breakers. This condo and grounds were clean. I felt safe day and night. This is a great family area and condo. I can’t wait to come back!

Overall, this was a nice condo to stay at. Like any rental it had its pros and cons. Pros: great location, low density complex, the extra room with double bed was such a plus, bathrooms were all beautifully updated, kitchen had all new appliances, the complex was meticulously maintained and clean - you saw staff everyday all day cleaning, the ease of getting to the beach was very convenient, plenty of restaurants nearby Cons: multiple outlets in the dining area didn’t work, the kitchen did not have a cheese grater or vegetable peeler, all three beds were AWFUL (so bad that this is the deciding factor of why we will not return to this condo), the complex pool was very small, the chair rental/setup/employees seemed very disorganized in the beginning of the week (much better when Parker came on shift), the parking garage is a nightmare, the rug in the extra bedroom with washer and dryer is in very bad shape - within the first five minutes of being in the condo the frayed rug caused me to trip and I actually broke a toe, the washer and dryer are so snug in the closet that the doors do not open properly and one of the doors is broken
