This is a unique west end corner unit conveniently located on the second floor allowing you to hear the waves from the balcony and truly feel like you are right on the beach. The "second" floor end unit (#208) actually has an approximate 6th floor elevation due to the four levels of covered, elevated parking for the building underneath, not across the street.
This awesome condo is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bath, fully furnished gulf front corner unit with a large wraparound balcony and additional balcony off the guest bedroom! At Palazzo, you are less than 20 minutes from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). Unlike the competition, Palazzo is a low density building consisting of only 129 direct gulf front units.
