2 beach chair loungers and umbrella are included seasonally, March through October. No need to carry your chairs to and from the beach. Parking is also very convenient, located directly beneath the unit with an elevator and luggage carts.
Our owner managed condo is located on the 2nd floor of Seachase Condominiums at Panama City Beach, West Bldg. W203. Seachase is 8 stories high with 4 condos per floor so you'll never have to fight crowds for the beach or the elevator. This huge 1400sqft, is one of the largest two bedroom, two bathroom floor plan on the beach. Enjoy a BEACH FRONT property experience with unique floor-to-ceiling, LARGE GLASS windows in EVERY ROOM. Breathtaking GULF FRONT views from both Masters, each with it's own private bathroom. One master comes with a king bed and the other has two queens. Enjoy sitting in the living room on soft, plush, leather reclining couches, new in 2023, while watching a 60" HDTV LG Smart Screen with DVD player or enjoy Smart TV's in each bedroom. The unit comes stocked with linens and towels. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker. This kitchen is fully stocked to cook, if you so choose. Full sized washer/dryer, WiFi, and Cable TV. The balcony opens up off the living room and both bedrooms have sliding doors that open to the ocean view, however the master bedroom door is hard to open right now.
Parking is very convenient, located directly beneath the unit with an elevator and luggage carts. 2 unassigned parking spaces come with this unit. Enjoy access to the shared pool (unheated) in the middle of the complex, along with chairs for sunbathing. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, our complex is also smoke-free.
The Host fee charged with your booking covers the cleaning after your stay and up to 2 parking passes. We also provide starter dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, hand soap, some spices including salt and pepper, coffee filters, a roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

A maximum of TWO well-behaved/trained dogs under 20lbs are allowed. There is a non-refundable $140 fee. Please mention your dog at booking for approval, no cats. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches in PCB per city ordinance, Dog Beach is 1.5 miles east next to the Russel-Fields Pier.
PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS, must be 30 years of age to book in March. Per PCB ordinance no alcohol is permitted on the beach in March.
Winn Dixie and local restaurants are walkable and Pier Park is 1.5 miles away! Come enjoy the quiet West End of PCB where you are still close to everything.
