Whole new wooden house (2016), large living room of 41 square meters, 2 bedrooms (4 beds for 5 people), 2 bathrooms and a hammam. 300 meters from the beach, very quiet, not overlooked, overlooking a garden of 800 square meters followed by a natural area. Terrace of 50 square meters. Modern kitchen, 2 kitchen stations with induction hob, multi-function oven. Heating floor. VMC. Elliptical cross trainer. A bedroom with king size bed, and large closet, 2nd Japanese style bedroom, with tatami mats and futons (ideal on heated floors), the most comfortable and natural bedding. All parquet, except kitchen, water rooms and entrance. Large bathroom with large bath and hammam, 2nd bathroom in the Japanese bedroom with Italian shower.
5/10 minutes by car from 3 supermarkets (Super U, Leclerc and Carrefour Market) and the Fouesnant market (Friday) and an organic store (Ty Bio)
