Es war eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche, man wohnt in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Plage Sud. Ca 10 min zu Fuß zur Innenstadt. Super Lage. Das baskische Haus ist sehr stilvoll und an vielen Punkten renoviert. Ein wunderbarer Innenhof mit Lounge Möbeln und Liegen. 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit neuem Sofa und ein gerĂ€umiges Bad. Die Einrichtubg ist umfassend. Es fehlt an nichts. Da Auto kann in der Einfahrt geparkt werden. Im Vorgarten gibt es einen Grill. Rundum sehr angenehm, es fehlt an Nichts. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Insgesamt sehr gut wie immer. Leider haben die Vormieter dreckiges Geschirr und eben dreckigen grill hinterlassen und wirklich sauber war es auch nicht. StĂŒhle, Staubsauger waren teilweise kaputt. Da wir aber nicht alles gebraucht haben, halb so schlimm. Der Check in ging auf Vertrauensbasis und schnell. Das nĂ€chste Mal mit der Agentur damit man direkt den Zustand gemeinsam festhĂ€lt und oder nochmal nach geputzt wird. Agentur Kontakt top. so schlimm.

Grande maison spacieuse Ă  distance de marche de la plage

Grande maison avec jardin et espace pour tout le matériel de surf. Cuisine top équipée et espace barbecue. L'arrivée d'eau dans le jardin est parfaite pour nettoyer la planche de surf et les combinaisons de l'eau salée. Salle de bain moderne avec chauffage. Emplacement privé pour la voiture et voisin trÚs sympa. Le contact avec l'agence est facile, simple et rapide. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Toller Urlaub- schon das 2. Mal!

Wir haben das zweite Mal in Folge hier Urlaub gemacht. Hatten zuvor schon mehrere andere UnterkĂŒnfte in Lacanau. Bei diesem Ferienhaus ist die Lage optimal fĂŒr uns. FĂŒnf Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und auch die Stadt Ist es nicht weit

Perfekte Lage- ruhig und zugleich nah zum Strand!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem Ferienhaus! Die NĂ€he zum Strand und zugleich zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort (alles fußlĂ€ufig) hat uns besonders gefallen. Im Haus hat es fĂŒr uns als Familie mit Teenagern an nichts gefehlt und das Platzangebot war großzĂŒgig. Auch die Abwicklung mit der Agentur lief perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison prĂšs de la plage

1/ Agence : Nous louons rĂ©guliĂšrement pour les vacances, c’est la 1ere fois qu’une agence nous demande une caution sans faire d’état des lieux et sans se dĂ©placer Ă  l’arrivĂ©e ni au dĂ©part. La caution nous a Ă©tĂ© restituĂ©e par courrier reçu le 5/07, mais cette façon de procĂ©der nous a inutilement inquiĂ©tĂ©. 2/ ExtĂ©rieur Maison d’aspect plaisant. Mobiliers est surtout le lit parental (un sommier de 160 cm sur lequel on a posĂ© 2 matelas de 90cm) est de qualitĂ© bas de gamme et a beaucoup vĂ©cu, ce qui donne un rĂ©sultat mĂ©diocre. La vaisselle est ancienne avec assiettes Ă©brĂ©chĂ©es. Dans la salle de douches il manque un « tapis de sortie de douches » sur sol carrelĂ© et donc glissant.. !! Le petit bout de « jardin » cotĂ© façade est mal entretenu et peu accueillant en comparaison avec le patio cotĂ© intĂ©rieur. RĂ©sultat maison peu accueillante. Dommage.

NĂ€he zum Ozean ist perfekt. Alle Besorgungen zu Fuß möglich. Das Auto bleibt stehen. Waldspaziergang und Strandpromenade -was will man mehr. Hundefreundlich, eingezĂ€unt, gemĂŒtlich.

Perfekte Lage

Das Haus ist an sich schön. Leider sind die Matratzen sehr sehr alt. Es war geputzt aber die Spinnenweben wurden vergessen. Sehr dicke Spinnweben an Garderobe, ĂŒber der KĂŒche, am Fernseher. Geschirr teilweise schmutzig.Sehr schön ist die neu gestaltete hintere Terrasse. Kommunikation mit der Agentur nur auf französisch möglich obwohl das anders inseriert ist. Die Aufforderung nach meiner Bitte doch englisch zu schreiben wurde beantwortet mit „ benutzen Sie einen Translator“ Kundenservice geht besser. Als zu hoch habe ich auch die EndreinigungsgebĂŒhr empfunden ,die vor der Buchung nicht bekannt war.

GemĂŒtliches Haus in idealer Lage

Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ideal fĂŒr 2 Personen mit Hund. FußlĂ€ufige NĂ€he zum Strand und den GeschĂ€ften. Gut war, dass man das Auto auf dem GrundstĂŒck abstellen konnte, da die ParkplĂ€tze im Wohngebiet schnell von den Strandbesuchern belegt wurden.
