Nice air-conditioned studio in a great location

Port Camargue, located in the heart of the first port of Plaisance of Europe, nice equipped cabin studio, of 22m2, in Residence of 2 floors very well maintained. The residence has a beautiful swimming pool and a private parking, located 100 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the Port all on foot will delight you. There is also a shopping center 250 m away
 The area is quiet and you can enjoy the beach and walks on the harbor docks on foot or by bike. (cellar at your disposal for the storage of your bikes)
The studio consists of an entrance with 2 bunk beds (cabin and TV + dvd player), a bathroom with WC, a living room kitchenette with double sofa bed, flat screen TV wall and a balcony.
Ideal for a couple with 2 children
The equipment does not include linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels)
Pets are not allowed and the accommodation is "Non smoking" (Tolerated on Balcony with ashtray)

Se séjour correspondez à mes attentes et le logement dans l’ensemble est bien pour un jeune couple comme nous. Mais peut aussi accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires.

Escapade camarguaise

Très bon accueil effectué par le propriétaire. Très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Appartement fonctionnel, stationnement dans la résidence, belle piscine. Très bien situé : plage à 100 mètres, commerces et restaurants à proximité. Tout peut être fait à pied. Localisation ideéale pour visiter la Camargue.

Logement adequate pour un adulte et 2 enfants agréable séjour. Commerce, plage, visite, attraction aquatique le tout à proximité fais à pied de belle balade en perspective seul point négatif c'est qu'il manque la clim

Apparemment bien situé et bien équipé. Hôte agréable, disponible et arrangeant. Idéal pour un couple et un ou deux jeunes enfants. Seul défaut de l'appartement, température élevée.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour,la résidence était super,trés propre,calme,trés agréable d'avoir la piscine en plus du bord de mer surtout avec un enfant,l'appartement un peu petit mais en plein été et pour 3 nuits ça passe.Le seul point négatif c'est avec ces températures élevées et la canicule,c'etait intenable au niveau de la chaleur,une clim serait indispensable.
