Appartement très agréable à la décoration soignée. Équipement complet et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que chaque chambre présentait un confort identique.Par ailleurs, il est bien situé…un seul bémol le stationnement limité dans la ville.

Top Lage mitten in der Stadt,auch nicht laut in der Nacht.Bäcker und Sparmarkt gleich in der Nähe.Nur man muss für die ganze Zeit Parkgebühr bezahlen.Tagsüber unterwegs,die Nacht über sollte man bis 20 Euro kalkulieren. Ist ja Urlaub

Sehr zentral und nah zum Strand. Parken ist schwierig und sehr teuer (ca 20 Euro pro Tag auf den offiziellen Parkplätzen).

Seconde année que nous louons à casa Délia, la proximité de la plage, l immersion dans le cœur du ville, alliées au confort de l appartement sont autant de bonnes raisons de louer ce bien. La possibilité pour les locataires de disposer d une carte de parking de "résident".

Très bien à tout point de vue.

trouver avec le gestionnaire des parking comme place Paoli, un système d'abonnement pour une période de 7 et ou 15 jours selon la durée de réservation de l'appart.

Idéalement placé

Cet appartement en plein cœur du centre historique de l île rousse permet d avoir accès aux plages et aux commerces en qq minutes. Le seul bémol est la difficulté à se garer, mais en cherchant on peut trouver sur la route qui mène à la pietra. Ile rousse est idéalement situé à 20 mn de calvi, 1 heure de st florent, 1 heure de corte...donc plage et montagne très vite accessibles. Mention particulière pour les bons contacts avec la propriétaire et la gestionnaire.
