A duplex near the passes and resorts
Location: In Savoy at Modane, Italian border, a few kilometers from the Maurienne resorts (La Norma 6 km, Aussois 7 km, Valfréjus 10 km, Orelle-Val Thorens 13 km, Val Cenis 24 km) and the Vanoise National Park.
The great passes of the Tour are nearby: Galibier, Madeleine, Iseran, Mont Cenis, .... For bicycle lovers in particular
Direct access to Italy via the Fréjus tunnel at the Mont Cenis pass in summer.
Duplex apartment on the ground floor and 1st floor of 120 m² in a quiet residential area of Modane.
The bedrooms are located upstairs. The 35 m² living room, separate from the kitchen, constitutes a beautiful living room with a wood stove
Large fitted kitchen opening onto a collective dining area.
4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets
A large closed garage.
Possibility to store bikes and skis.
Sheets are provided in the rental. Beds will be made upon arrival.
A cleaning package is offered for 50 euros per stay.
