Type "Arcachonnaise", completely renovated, this house will seduce you, near the port of CASSY (500m) and its shops.
You will move easily around the pool by bike (bike path 200m) or walk (beach suzette 600m).
You can go to the ocean easily avoiding the traffic jams of Andernos!
Ideally placed for local tourism, between dune of the pilat and the tip of Cap Ferret, bordeaux, the vineyards the edges of Garonne and Gironde are not far either.
The House :
In Rdc big space with equipped Kitchen, Living room (TV- reader DVD), dining room (big table 6 pers), a room, a room of bath and toilet.
Household appliances: toaster, espresso, filter coffee maker, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator fresh water dispenser, freezer space.
On the floor a big space mezzanine with possibility of converting the sofa into bed 2 beds,
and a closed bedroom with shower area and washbasin bathroom vanity.
Storage in all rooms, electric heating,
Front and rear terrace.
barbecue, plancha.
Linen is provided, cleaning is mandatory and included in the rental price.
The rental period is 7 days minimum.

A spacious, (small) family house giving easy access to the bay. Reasonably priced.

The problems with this property are (1) the lack of wifi, (2) that there is only one toilet and (3) that there is no-one easily available to answer questions or fix technical issues (like how to operate the TV). If we had read the description of the house more carefully we might have become aware of these problems but we only discovered them on arrival. Nevertheless the house was fine for us, particularly since we were accompanied by a 96 year old for whom the ground floor bedroom and bathroom were ideal.

Hello, Sorry for delay,I did not see your message, I apologize for inconvenience TV and wifi. Next time, don't hesitate to contact us by e-mail or by phone. The reception of TV was broken, because a big tree near the house (neighbours garden) was stopped connexion with satellite. This issue was solved now, the tree has been pruned. Wifi is "on going", we are waiting the technical operator, we hope it will operate in may!

Maison moderne et beau jardin

La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le jardin est particulièrement agréable, calme, spacieux et bien meublé. L'emplacement proche du bord de mer de de la piste cyclable est pratique, bien placée à mi-distance entre Arcachon, le Cap Ferret et Bordeaux. Les distances sont cependant à ne pas sous-estimer! Idéale pour une famille avec des enfants
