Updated and modern with a rustic touch, this family friendly 2 bedroom loft style condo offers a well-deserved and relaxing get-away in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. It is clean and has vinyl plank flooring installed through out.

The condo is a two floor 950 sq. ft. unit on the top floor of the Cougar building at the Lodges at Canmore and is south facing with lots of natural light. The unit features vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen and offers 180 degree views of the Bow Valley Rocky Mountains from a private deck with patio furniture and BBQ (seats 6).

The Lodges at Canmore is a family friendly condominium style complex offering an on-site 24/7 Front Desk, a heated outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs. The building has no Air Conditioning.

A 5-20 min walk will take you to a wide variety of amenities; excellent and unique restaurants, art galleries, shopping on main street, grocery stores and Elevation Place (a recreation facility including a climbing gym & large swimming pool). Various trails and pathways are within walking distance and a 10 minute drive takes you to the Banff National Park gates.

OPEN CONCEPT LIVING and KITCHEN
The bright open concept living and kitchen connect to a private BALCONY equipped with patio furniture and BBQ. A wonderful place to sip a glass of wine after a great hike and enjoy the Mountain views.

The open KITCHEN is equipped with all basic kitchen amenities, good variety of pots and pans, table ware and other kitchen needs.
It contains:
- glass top stove with oven
- dishwasher
- microwave
- fridge with top freezer unit
- cooker and drip coffee machine
- toaster

The bright LIVING ROOM offers:
- a rustic dinner table (seats 6).
- a cozy sectional and modern lounge chair
- a large flat screen tv (Shaw cable box, no Netflix)

BEDROOM
The closed off bedroom on the lower floor offers a Double-XL over Double-XL bunk bed (width of a full/double mattress, length of a queen). Suitable for children and adults Comfortably sleeps 2.
The top bunk has an open end and is therefore not suitable for very young children.

The bunk bed is equipped with pillow top mattresses and duvets.
The bedroom has a floor fan and next to a full bath that includes a full size washer & dryer.

For families of 5: an extra single floor mattress with linens is available upon request.

MASTER BEDROOM
The half-open loft style master bedroom on the 2nd floor is fitted with a California King- sized bed (4" longer than a regular King) with a pillow top mattress and duvet. Down the hall you will find a linen closet and a second full bath.
The loft bedroom has a ceiling fan.

- The vinyl plank floor allows for cleanliness and is great for people with allergies
- Building is equipped with an ELEVATOR (parkade to 3rd floor)
- The Lodges at Canmore offers a family friendly environment. Quiet time 10pm-7am.

We are a Calgary family of 4 that loves to spend winter weekends in the Rocky Mountains. This Canmore condo offers a great place for cozy & relaxing family time with the amenities of The Lodges at Canmore at hand. The condo received some TLC during the 2018-2019 winter season: fresh paint with new vinyl plank flooring installed through out. Beds, mattresses and linens were all newly purchased.

This condo is well laid out with two floors and offers room for everyone in your family or company to relax and have some privacy. The unit is located on the top floor and offers enjoyable 180 degree views of the Rocky Mountains from inside the condo as well as outside on the private deck.

Kids and adults alike will love the heated outdoor pool. The hot tubs are a great way to relax at the end of a hike or otherwise well spent day.

Canmore offers beautiful dining in a number of unique local restaurants but if you feel like staying in; the condo has a fully equipped kitchen for a home cooked meal.
A BBQ is available to you on the private deck where you can enjoy the sun setting over the mountains.
