In a former campsite condominium, 100 m2 detached house, including a 30 m2 covered terrace, 2 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor), 100m2 of enclosed garden and private parking with motorized gate. indoor and outdoor kitchen. fully equipped house: washing machine, dishwasher, high chair, baby bed, traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, fans, gas plancha, 2 mountain bikes (adults and teens), paddle and paddle, 3 surfboards (adults, teens, child).
100 m from the beaches of the estuary, 500 m from the town with all shops including a Leclerc center, 10 min by bike from the 3 ports and ferry to ROYAN, 15 min by bike from the ocean beaches, 10 min by car from SOULAC and 20 min by car from the vineyards deposit of 1500 € will be requested + 0. 80 € tourist tax per day and per adult.

water and electricity included (for normal consumption).

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison, qui est très bien située. La cuisine d’été est un véritable point fort et permet de profiter pleinement de l’extérieur. La climatisation dans l’ensemble de la maison est également très appréciable.En revanche, nous avons trouvé la maison un peu vétuste et certains aménagements ou finitions mériteraient d’être améliorés. L’ensemble donne parfois une impression de travaux ou de bricolage non totalement terminés, ce qui est dommage et pourrait être amélioré pour rendre le logement plus agréable.Cela reste toutefois une location agréable pour un séjour en famille. Les propriétaires sont accessibles et la communication avec eux est simple et facile.

Excellent séjour avec mon conjoint et ma fille de 5 ans . Le logement est très bien équipé. Une belle terrasse extérieure hyper pratique et un jardin très cosy . Proche du village, et des commerces et surtout véritablement a 50m de la plage! Nous recommandons vivement ;)

Petite maison très bien située au calme 50m de la plage très agreable

Tres bien située ,bien équipée,plage et commerce (tt a pied)propriétaire très sympathique et nous ont bien accueilli .Tres belle région. On reviendra .Famille Martin

Charmante maison dans une petite copropriété, à 50m de la plage. Situation très calme et les environs sont magnifiques, on a adoré.
