New owner, I would like to let you know my renovated T2.
GWAD'APATAM is on the front line of the Crystal Beach residence opposite the Raisins Clairs beach, in an exceptional setting.
Located in Saint François, Riviera du Levant, my 60m² apartment will welcome a couple in optimal comfort.
Air-conditioned bedroom, living room and TV corner with ceiling fan.
Free WiFi connection, bouquet of Orange TV channels.
Sea side: the Raisins Clairs beach, the coral reef opposite, in the distance the island of Marie Galante, on the right Basse Terre and la Soufrière.
You will fully enjoy it from the deck terrace and the veranda kitchen.
Garden side: 2 private swimming pools in a 3 hectare park of lawn and tropical plants.
The Residence has private access and GWAD'APATAM has its own numbered parking space.
Come and spend a pleasant holiday, a mixture of exoticism, tranquility, sunshine and a Caribbean atmosphere!

Great vacation

I recently stayed at this great VRBO rental, and it met all our all expectations! The home was as shown in the description with a beautiful view of the ocean and a few steps from a beach. The home had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and the outdoor space was perfect for unwinding.The location was fantastic—close to a wonderful bakery and two very good restaurants. The local manager, Adrianna, was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

Logement parfait !

Séjour exceptionnel grâce aux qualités du logement qui ne souffre d’aucune critique. L’annonce est parfaitement conforme et précise. Adriana en charge de l’accueil est parfaite et avait même prévu de quoi nous restaurer car notre vol avait du retard. L’immense baie vitrée s’ouvre pour vivre dehors sur la terrasse ou sur la plage avoisinante. Hébergement plus que recommandable.

Nous avons bien aimé l'appartement, le jardinet et le vue sur mer! Adriana une merveille, elle était là pour nous, un grand merci. 70 jours avec beaucoup coupures d'eau, mais ca n'a pas abimé trop nos vacances. On voudrais bien revenir, mais avec une citerne......

A superb apartment in a fabulous position, just metres from the beach and sea. The tastefully appointed apartment has everything you would need for a two week holiday. Plus the owner had supplied all those little extras that you might have to buy... washing up liquid, washing machine tablets, bin bags etc etc – even a bottle of rum! We loved it and would come here again without question. And the owners representative, Adriana, was on hand to answer questions and sort anything out. If you want to stay on Crystal Beach, stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé, la vue est superbe et l'accueil d'Adriana a été parfait. L'emplacement est très bien, beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, des épiceries et des marchés à quelques minutes de voiture ainsi que des commodités à même la résidence (restaurants, petit marché de secours, boulangerie). Parfait! Quelle vue! Directement orienté vers le sud avec la mer juste là, à nos pieds. Nous y avons installé les transats. Tout y est. Nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps car on s'y sentait bien et en spécialement en sécurité. Appartement et secteur tranquille a quelques minutes de la plage des Raisins Clairs. Complexe immobilier sécurisé et superbe avec bonne boulangerie et dépanneur à 2 minutes de marche. L'accueil d'Adriana est chaleureux. Elle demeure disponible pour toutes questions. Parfait pour visiter Grande-Terre. Allez-y sans hésiter...
