About this property

Gite des Perce Neige *** Hautes Vosges

In the Hautes-Vosges, in the small town of Cornimont located at an altitude of 600 m, in a quiet area, furnished tourist accommodation *** for 6 people, 80 m².
We will welcome you in a recent lodging, classified three star, any comfort with modern decoration
On the ground floor, you will have a living space with fully equipped kitchen open to a dining room and a large living room for pampering evenings, with convertible 2-seater sofa, TV corner, free wifi access, a large room bathroom, 1 separate WC. Balcony access.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, various storage and wardrobe
 1 second bedroom (20 m2) with 4 single beds, different storage and wardrobe
In the basement you will find 1 large garage for a car, bicycles, or motorcycles, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, baby chair), a local ski room or other.
Outside, you can enjoy barbecue evenings under a starry sky in a rural and bucolic atmosphere

Cleaning is optional and you will be charged 100 euros

  Many activities are offered nearby and everyone will find what they are looking for throughout the year:

  Hiking or biking trails starting from the house directly on the Hautes Vosges greenway (53 km cycle path) for road biking and also departure of the mountain bike circuit.

Many lakes where you can practice swimming or traditional fishing or fly fishing: Gérardmer and Longemer (20 km), Les Corbeaux (10 km), nautical base of Saulxures-sur-Moselotte (7 km).

Bol d'Air Aventure de La Bresse 10 km away.
Alsace 30 km away (wine route, Christmas markets, etc.).
Summer toboggan
 Paragliding trial school, climbing site etc. ....

You can go skiing in different ski resorts: Brabant at 6 km, the Hermitage of Brother Joseph at 11 km (family resort). Bresse Hohneck station 15 km away, shuttle service from La Bresse to ski resorts, cross-country ski center, snowshoeing, Christmas markets, etc.

You will find within 500 m an organic shop and a supermarket, the village center is 1500 m away.

Easy access by car. Possibility by train to Remiremont (TGV) then connection by TER shuttle to Cornimont (40 minutes). In winter rotation of shuttles from La Bresse to the ski resorts.

A pet is welcome, provided that it is respectful of the place and the environment

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und ist für ein Ferienhaus perfekt geschnitten. Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt sind nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Obwohl es draußen sehr heiß war konnte man sich drinnen bei entsprechender Bedienung der Rollläden gut aufhalten. Schön ist auch der Grillplatz draußen (Holzkohle war auch schon da). Praktisch ist auch die Garage, die dazugehört.

Ruime en erg propere gite met sympathieke gastvrouw

Erg propere gite, met alle nodige voorzieningen, grote keuken met vaatwasser, microgolfoven, oven, frigo en diepvries. Borden, glazen en bestek ruim aanwezig. Ruime kamers met voldoende ruimte om je kleding mooi op te hangen of uit te pakken. Ruime badkamer met bad-douche. Handdoeken en lakens werden voorzien. In het dorp (op 1 a 1.5 km) is er een heel lekkere bakkerij, een slagerij en twee supermarkten Aldi en Colruyt. Prachtige streek (zomer), voor ons de eerste keer en we zijn helemaal verkocht! Zesdaagse met tienerjongens van 11 en 17 yo. Aanrader!

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und konnten uns gut entspannen in dem schönen und geräumigen Apartment. Die Küche ist zum Kochen sehr gut ausgestattet und geeignet. Sehr gute Lage für großartige Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Im Ort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Maison très bien équipée

Isabelle et Jean-Luc, les propriétaires, sont tout à fait charmants et accueillants. Bien que leur maison soit mitoyenne avec la location, ils sont très discrets. La maison est très agréable avec un grand garage dans lequel nous avons pu garer aisément notre remorque et nos vélos. Le sèche linge est un vrai plus. La voie verte qui passe pas très loin de la maison est un gros avantage de la location. Merci à Isabelle et Jean Luc pour votre gentillesse !! ;-)

Superbe séjour dans les Vosges !

Superbe logement conforme à la description, tout équipé, tout confort, moderne, propre, avec terrasse et balcon! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison! Superbement placé, au calme, avec une vue magnifique, tout en étant proche des commerces locaux... Quelle belle région à découvrir : balades, visites, lacs, points de vue... On reviendra !

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end prolongé dans cette location. La pièce de vie est très agréable et meublée avec goût. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les propriétaires ont été très souples sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, ce qui nous a permis d'optimiser notre séjour. Les environs offrent de nombreuses balades (lacs, montagne...) été comme hiver.

Séjour très agréable au calme

Le gîte correspond exactement à la description, avec deux chambres dont une avec 4 lits. L'espace de vie commune est très agréable, avec une cuisine, un coin salle à manger et un coin salon. Nous avons séjourné avec deux jeunes enfants et avons apprécié le calme et le confort du gîte. Nous avons pu rayonner dans la région facilement. Je recommande ce gite pour des courts ou longs séjours.

Le bonheur!!

Un accueil très agréable , avec Isabelle la propriétaire ,d'autant plus sympathique ; une jolie surprise à notre arrivée!! Le logement est spacieux , moderne , très propre et soigneusement agencé. Magnifique maison avec vue et confort

Un accueil chaleureux par Isabelle, avec une petite surprise à l’arrivée. Une maison bien agencée avec tous les équipements nécessaires à notre séjour ainsi qu’une belle vue sur les forêts. Une literie confortable et agréable. Le poêle à pellets était un vrai plus sans oublier le garage pour éviter d’avoir à déneiger la voiture. Nous sommes enchantés par notre séjour et nous vous recommandons cette location.

Quiet, spacious, and perfectly located for outdoor activities

This quiet, clean, and spacious house is ideally located for outdoor activities, in the middle of the ‘Hautes Vosges’. Within 15-45 minutes driving time (car) you can reach most of the area. THE HOUSE The house is clean and consists of three stories and a small terrace outside with a picknick table and a BBQ. The lowest level contains the garage (where you could even park your car), a spare room with same benches, and a room with washing machine, dry cleaner and ironing board. The middle level consist of a separate toilet, and a bathroom with enough shelves to store your stuff and a nice and warm shadower/bath. The living room and the kitchen are in one area and there is enough space and a lot of light through various windows all around. The kitchen is fully equipped and the diner table has room for up to 8 people. There is a small balcony with nice views. The top level has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with four single beds. All the windows have shutters which help against sun and noise, and make the rooms pitch dark. THE LOCATION The location is very quiet and private. The owners live next door, but we never heard them or walked into them. There is a supermarket (Aldi) near by and if you like to hike, there are plenty of well marked routes within 30 minutes drive by car. THE OWNERS The owners are very friendly, and respond very quickly to messages. They leave you alone, but are there if you require help. HIGHLIGHTS - Quiet and private location - Spacious and clean - Ideally located for outdoor activities - Fully equipped - Excellent WiFi - Kid friendly with baby bed and high chair THINGS TO BE AWARE OF - If you are tall (>1,90m) you will likely bump your head several times (on the stairs, against some lamps, or at some places on the top floor) - If you have children that love to play outside, the location has limited possibilities, because the garden is small (our kids 2 and 5 didn’t bother, and had a blast).

Belle Maison à Cornimont

Belle maison, bien aménagé au cœur des vosges. A proximité des Stations du Ventron, de la Bresse. Maison confortable avec beaucoup d'équipements disponibles. Un peu en retrait sur une petite route parfait pour un séjour au calme, même si la ville est facilement accessible.
