This rental is an outdoor lover's paradise! In the summer, hiking trails abound in the Donner Lake area, as well as public beach access at both West End Beach, a gorgeous 10-acre beach park (a nominal entrance fee is required) and the Memorial State Park. On the north side of the lake, you'll also find public boat docks. Multiple ski resorts are in close driving distance for any skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts.

Throughly enjoyed the condo and its location. I was out supporting my sister who was hiking the PCT and taking a couple days off. Easy access to trailheads so she could slack pack a couple days. The hot tub was great!

Awesome place

The place was clean, you feel that you are at home. The location is great! You can walk to Supermarkets, Starbucks, restaurants. All the beds were very comfortable. It’s a quiet place near trees.

Lovely condo in a perfect location.

Good amount of space for a family. Close to grocery, food, town, and Donner Lake. Lovely bike path takes you right to the lake. The condo has a master bed/bath and 1 additional room with 3 beds and an additional bed in the laundry area. With a day bed in the near as well. So beds for every one. Not many pots/pans and no spices/salt/pepper looks etc. Bring your own food stuffs.

A bit dirty with hair everywhere and unclean kitchen floors. Limited kitchen equipment, only knife was paring knife, limited cups. Couch is no comfortable. There was no access to hot tub and gym although it was written as available when we booked. Had to message Vacasa for four days to get someone to OK reimbursement for this. Would not stay here again

Good condo

Condo was very clean and well maintained, comfortable and reasonably stocked. Great location walkable to a handful of restaurants and grocery store and central to ski areas. Be advised the condo is on the ground floor and back/bunkbed bedroom (which we didn't use) is RIGHT under the stairs with the only window DIRECTLY on the walkway to the stairs. Absolutely zero privacy unless blinds fully pulled all the time and considerable noise from folks on stairs and upstairs unit. This alone would make me hesitate to stay again.

My kids and I were very disappointed that the condo was advertised as having a pool, hottub, and gym available but when we got there none of those were available for use. The condo smelled very strongly of cheap cologne for the whole stay. The towels were stained and my daughter found a long hair on one of the washcloths. Definitely would not stay here again.

Nice enough but …

Great location…. Nice rooms …… the issue is that in order to use services such as hot tub , you need to pay an extra fee per person every day . This information was not included in listing and should be . Also there was no information about pool, hot tub, ect. Location or fees in condo either. Overall nice enough but listing lacks accuracy.

Basic levels of cleanliness not met

Honest feedback: the home and garage smell strongly of cigarette smoke. The floors are so dirty our feet were black within minutes. We found black mold in the grout of the main bedroom shower, no soap provided in one bathroom. Very uncomfortable stay.
