Cozy renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath cottage, with wraparound deck facing 50 ft west shore exclusive lakefront, private dock and 8 ft fire pit with firewood. Very short and level walk on lawn from cottage to the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, gas and charcoal grills, 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms upstairs (5 beds - 3 queen, 1 full, 1 twin - and full futon couch in loft) and convertible pullout queen couch in downstairs living room. Central AC, working fireplace, WiFi, cable TV, canoe and kayaks, boat moorings, plenty of parking, towels and linens included, washer/dryer. Beautiful spot!

Great location right on the lake!

The rental was perfectly situated just a few minutes from town and near the only winery on the lake, (which was very good!) The yard was a flat grassy area with a large fire pit perfect for making s’mores. Everyone including my 2 year old son and 80 year old father-in-law could easily access the lake which was very important for us. My husband and I enjoyed using the canoe one morning and there were kayaks available as well. It was nice to have bedsheets and towels available, and the beds were very comfortable. It turned out to be the perfect spot for our multi-generational family vacation, and we hope to return again soon!

Clean house and beautiful property

This property is really amazing. The location is perfect (less than 10 mins to town and 1 minute to a vineyard) & the house was clean and exactly how it looks in the pictures. The lake is beautiful, crystal clear and my family and I spend most of our time enjoying the lake, dock and kayaks/canoe. We would 100% come back and recommend.

Beautiful Waterfront House!

This place was amazing! Lakefront view was gorgeous. Made for a great cup of coffee in the morning watching the sunrise. This place had everything to offer. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great location

This house was a perfect house for our family of four. We were visiting our daughter for Family Weekend at Syracuse University. The check in was straightforward, the house was immaculate. So cozy and the views of the lake were fantastic. We hope to be back when we can enjoy the water!

Labor Day weekend

Wonderful hosts, provided everything we needed, clean, organized house, great location. Very nice neighbors. Would recommend staying there! We only stayed a long weekend but if you’re staying longer, only 1-2 rooms had dressers or drawers to unpack.

The house and location were wonderful!

The house site is perfect with wonderful lake access and the view is amazing. Jerry was a gracious host and made our stay memorable. We would highly recommend a stay at this great location.

Lovely lake!

Was the perfect space for our group of 8. The lake itself is gorgeous and we loved kayaking/paddling around. So close to town, some vineyards. Just wish it wasn't a little rainy!

Happy by the Lake

House was beautifully organized, with comfortable beds and climate control, great extras, a place for everything and everything you could need in its place, with our host nearby and ready to help with any needs, though we had none. Fantastic location. Even with less than perfect Memorial Day weather, it was easy to move the party indoors. We just loved it!

Cute cottage with nice amenities

Nice lakefront home steps away from flat yard and stone beach. Has a camp/cabin simplicity with modern amenities of WIFI and A/C. Well labeled and stocked kitchen and home. Wonderful fire pit stocked with wood for a lakeside bonfire. Really appreciated the kayaks and canoe. Water was crystal clear and refreshing. Neighbors are close, but very friendly. The owner was very attentive and just a text away. Appreciated the welcome bottle of wine! :)

Perfect lakeside summer escape

New vacation home has it all... Great location ,beautiful waterfront , comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, use of 2 kayaks, etc, and hosted by very nice family. Highly recommend!
