It was an amazing suite and property. The suite has a beautiful room, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, and the furniture and bedding were comfortable. The amenities at the Ritz are impeccably as well. Communication with the host was quick and helpful always.

The suite is even better than the pictures. It’s very large and clean and perfect for a family. James was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The baby gear that was available made traveling with our 3 year old so much easier. We would rate higher than 5 stars if we could. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Despite the colder than usual temperatures, our stay was wonderful. The suite has been upgraded as has the rest of the Ritz.James, the manager, was, as always, receptive to our requests and is a pleasure to deal with.We will be back next year.

James was a very fine host -- attentive, timely -- but the property really stole the show. Amazing views; very spacious. Having stayed at the hotel portion of this Ritz before, being in this condo was a virtually indistinguishable experience (aside from having more space and better value.) We'll be back.
