Single storey house, completely renovated, in a quiet and green housing estate 200 m from shops and 600 m from the beach on foot.
You have 2 independent bedrooms and a large bright living room, opening onto the terrace and a large private enclosed garden.
SDD and separate WC.
Fully equipped kitchen.
TV, wifi
160 cm beds, convertible sofa also (new bedding).
If necessary, supply cot and high chair.
Linens provided on option.
Cleaning fee 60 €.
New dishwasher.

Juno Beach visit

We were 3 Canadians visiting Juno Beach. The house came as advertised, and was very clean. It’s walking distance to beach and restaurants, and very quiet location. Would certainly stay again if I’m back in the area. Communication leading up to and during the stay was great. Nothing but good things to say about this property, as it met all our needs!

Great Location

Generally good but some areas need attention. The bathroom is very small and has two doors, More space would be created if one door was blocked - the one from the kitchen ideally. The kitchen needs attention but is ok. There were no instructions on how to use the oven. The armoire in the bedroom houses only spare duvets and blankets, there was no hanging rail - if 6 people were staying they would need to use the one armoire in the second bedroom. Not ideal. The beds were comfortable and the location and wifi were very good. For one week it was ok

Nice house in a quiet location

The house is in a quiet residential area, but you can be at the beach and shops in 15 minutes. The garden is large but not well planted. There is plenty of space and outdoor seating. Everything necessary is there. A little more maintenance would be good, for example the coffee machine/water boiler were calcified, the rinse aid was out and the water in the shower did not drain well, also the hose of the shower head was leaking slightly. If you order the linen package I would bring another small towel as there is only one large shower towel included. The landlady is very nice, the on-site manager is not that committed and tried to charge us more money for the linen package and cleaning than listed on the homepage.... However, we would book the accommodation again despite these minor adversities.

Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön der Strand ist zu Fuß in ca.15 Minuten zu erreichen.Leider ist das Haus recht in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut gepflegt. Schränke sind teilweise unbenutzbar, Küchengeräte verkalkt und teilweise defekt (Kaffemaschine defekt, Töpfe gehen bei Benutzung auseinander). Die Fensterläden können nicht befestigt werden, da die Halterungen defekt sind. Wäscheständer kaputt und unbrauchbar ect.Insgesamt ein schlechtes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

En guise de maison de charme, on a trouvé la maison de grand-mère, dans son jus, forte odeur de naphtaline comprise. Salle deau de poche (la porte cogne dans la vasque et ne s'ouvre qu'à demi), cuisine plus que vieille, table basse qui s'écroule.... le liste est trop longue. Le tout dans un lotissement vue sur immeubles.

Petite maison idéalement située

Nous n'avons pas manqué de visiter les sites du débarquement bien évidemment, et ce malgré la météo exécrable. Maison petite et rustique mais confortable avec un bel extérieur. Proximité des commerces et de la plage. Super accueil.

La maison est bien placé dans un quartier calme et à proximité des commerces. Le descriptif correspond à la location. Très bonne réactivité du propriétaire et de l'agence en cas de petit souci. En résumé, de l'avis général, on a envie d'y revenir.... Manque juste un endroit pour les vélos.

Excellent stay

Overall we had an excellent stay. The place was in a good neighborhood (safe and quiet), just like advertised, clean beds were comfy, convenient location. If you go downtown you can purchase a parking disc at a little convenience store for $3.00. Highly recommend being able to speak a little French. Communication was a little challenging for us but that was our fault for not being as prepared. After the 1st day we did our homework and made sure we spoke enough French to communicate with the locals. We used google translate to look up terms beforehand.

Haus mit Potential

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Normandie verbracht, würden aber beim nächsten Mal eher ein anderes Haus wählen. Unsere Unterkunft roch insgesamt nach einem feuchten Haus, es gab weder Kleiderschränke noch Gartenstühle, die Toilettentür konnte nicht geschlossen werden und das Haus und Grundstück wirkten insgesamt wenig gepflegt. Schade, man könnte mehr aus dieser Immobilie machen.

Maison très agréable avec jardin dans un quartier calme, tout proche du centre ville et de la mer. La description sur le site est conforme, les échanges avec la propriétaire et l'agence chargée de la remise des clés très conviviaux. Séjour découverte plages du débarquement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines dans cette charmante maison. Belles ballades à vélo le long des plages, musées et sites très intéressants. La maison est bien située et au calme.
