Beautiful apartment F2 in peace, in the heart of the spa town.
Discover Le Balcon des Remparts, very bright F2 apartment of 45 m2 completely renovated in 2018 with balcony.
Access to the DRC, but on the first floor once inside, balcony with a very pleasant view and not overlooked.
Rental for 1 couple and 1 adult or a couple and 2 children.
Located in the heart of town, quiet, it will allow you to discover Luxeuil without taking the car.
A parking space is available.
It benefits from a very good level of equipment, a bedroom with a 140 bed and television, a living room equipped with a very good 140 convertible.
The kitchen is very complete and new (oven, induction cooking, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster ...) and the hall has a large dressing room. Wireless.
You can relax on the balcony without being disturbed.
Its location makes it an exceptional choice for a tourist stay or for a spa treatment.
The thermal baths and the casino are a 10-minute walk away. Many shops (restaurants, bars ...) nearby.
