House with peaceful pool 15 min from Toulouse

Modern house in a very quiet residential area, located west of Toulouse, 15 minutes from Toulouse, 10 minutes from the airport and at the gates of the Gers. Fenced exterior, not overlooked, to take full advantage of the swimming pool.
Visit of Toulouse and proximity of the City of Carcassonne, the cathedral of Albi, Andorra, Ski resorts of the Pyrenees, Beaches of the Mediterranean Sea (1h30).

Pool dimensions: 8x4m, 150cm deep. The swimming pool is secured by a tarpaulin, but parental supervision is compulsory, as well as the wearing of buoys (not supplied) for children who cannot swim.

Large terraces, table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol, Weber barbecue at your disposal.

Sleeping area: 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 160x190 bed and 1 140x190 bed). 3rd bedroom with a fireside sofa for 1 adult or 2 children.

1 additional TV upstairs + board games + books and toys for children.

Bathroom: walk-in shower, double sink, WC.

Kitchen: Hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, Nescafé Dolce gusto, juicer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer ...

This house is our main residence, we are happy to share it with you during the holidays and we count on our hosts to take care of it, as you would in your own house.
