This rental has all of the amenities and features that will have you feeling right at home, including well-appointed furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and flatscreen, cable TVs. It has a great location close to the Convention Center and downtown Seaside. There is also a nice balcony that offers views of the Necancium River that runs right out to the ocean.

What's nearby:
Downtown Seaside is a short, half-mile walk to the south along the riverfront where you will discover plenty of dining options. You will find about 20 chowders along with traditional American, Italian, ethnic, a variety of pubs, and a bakery. You can also visit the historic Seaside Aquarium on Seaside's Promenade where you can feed the seals, or hop on the Seaside Carousel inside the mall, where you can ride a traditional pony or one of the other whimsical choices.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
