About this property

New house of 90m², for 8 people, air-conditioned living room + 90m2 terrace and Spa (6 people).
House 10 minutes from the beach by bike and 5 from all shops. The cycle path passes in front of the house. The gate is electric and secure.
On the ground floor, a large main room with fully equipped kitchen, a master suite with a King size bed (180cm) shower room and private toilet, an additional independent toilet with washing machine, upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a 140 bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and toilet, (bed + baby high chair). A large terrace with lounge area, spa area, and plancha area

Séjour agréable dans une maison confortable

Maison très agréable, confortable et décorée avec soin, bien située sur l'île entre Grand Village (3' en vélo) et Saint Trojan. Service de conciergerie (Alfred et Edgard;-) très efficace et sympathique. Seul petit bémol, la proximité de la départementale un peu bruyante, on s'y habitue…
