Very happy with the property, situation was close enough to the centre of the village, and local amenities to walk, have a drink or dinner. Also good access to a local beach with a sea pool providing a safe swimming environment for all. Good outside space, and facilities you would expect. Lover having access to the pool for days lounging around.

Pflegeleichte Unterkunft

Wir waren das 2. Mal in Port-de-Barques. Im Gegensatz zum Haus von letztem Jahr gab es hier 2 Toiletten, was wir dieses Jahr nicht benötigten, da wir nur zu zweit verreist waren. Der Gasgrill ist toll. Die Oberflächen sind pflegeleicht. Draußen ist eine große Holzterrasse, Auffahrt und Einfahrt sind mit Kieselsteinen versehen und alle Flächen neben der Holzterrasse sind mit Kunstrasen versehen. Die Poolgarage sorgt selbst bei weniger warmem Wetter für angenehme Pooltemperaturen.

Superbe location, très bien agencée. Il faisait très chaud et nous avons profité au maximum de la piscine. Seule petite remarque, la cafetière est petite pour 4 personnes...mais rien de grave. Je recommande aussi pour la tranquillité. Les propriétaires sont aussi très sympathiques et disponibles.

Nous étions 7 personnes dans la maison ( 4 adultes 3 ados 12 15 17 ans) et 2 petits chiens. Superbe maison très bien équipée idéale pour famille nombreuse . Propre bien équipée bien entretenue. Le voisinage TRES CALME! et joli lotissement. L'emplacement bord de cote mais cabanes de pécheurs. il faut descendre pour aller a la plage . Nous avons préféré aller sur d'autres plages plus grandes .. attention vehicule impératif pour aller sur lieux touritiques ( ROCHEFORT LA ROCHELLE IL E D OLERON etc..) env 45 min Séjour super! Propriétaires très a l'coute et tres sympathiques. Ils etaient en congés lors de notre arrivée mais tout avait ete préparé en amont par leurs soins et un tiers nous a accueilli tout s'est bien passé AU TOP! Merci

Petit séjour très apprécié, au calme. Mise à disposition de vélos, piscine parfaite même si non chauffée. Machines à laver et sèche linge parfait pour la tournée avabt de rentrer. Maison très bien équipée. Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. De beaux endroits à découvrir : ile Madame, ile d'Aix, le pont transbordeur... bref un séjour apprécié de tous et de notre chienne ! Manque juste un petit guide du coin avec ce qu'il y a à faire, une carte mais c'est un détail 😉

Superbe maison de plein pied très bien équipée

La maison est très propre, très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre : électroménager très bien, 2 canapés de 2 et 3 places avec système relax, terrasse accessible par 2 portes vitrées coulissantes et abritée du soleil par 2 stores banne électriques et 2 stores électriques) 1 WC individuel et l’autre dans l’une des salle d’eau, 3 chambres équipées chacune d’1 lit de 160cm ( dont l’une avec 2 lits 90cm superposés) avec penderie dans chacune et suffisamment de cintres, l’une d’elle a un accès direct à la terrasse et piscine - 5 vélos mis à disposition, - Très très calme dans un lotissement - Clos des voisins - Petite piscine à fond plat d’150cm (non chauffée et à ce propos fermer systématiquement la nuit la couverture pour conserver la chaleur : nous avons réussi à maintenir ainsi 27 degrés ) avec pataugeoire (le + : 1 douche extérieure avec eau chaude et entourage de la piscine et terrasse toute en bois) - 4 transats pour se relaxer sur la terrasse Les 2 seuls « défauts » sont que l’éclairage de la terrasse par 2 appliques n’est pas assez puissant pour dîner le soir (ou manque 1 éclairage extérieur) et que la plancha à gaz (pas top car vent fréquent d’où utilisation pas pratique).
