Great location to explore area

This is a lovely property with a great pool and outside area to enjoy the great weather. The pool gets sun all day long. Well equipped kitchen with all utensils. Not far from train station and journey time to La Rochelle only 8 minutes by train. Right beside the village square in Angoulins which has all the essentials.

Great holiday

Lovely property , great location , spotlessly clean, pool area lovely. Quite compact inside although has mostly everything you need (Brits bring a kettle 😊) Laurent and his partner were there to welcome us with a gift which was lovely! Lovely little Village has a crepe place, pizza restaurant, bakery, butcher's, pharmacy, Vet (handy if you bring your dog) tabac & bar. Retail park 5mins drive with Carrefour, McDonald’s, Burger King etc . 10 min walk to the train station ,we got the train to La Rochelle booked tickets on Omio app very easy and also in English. Short drive to lots of lovely beaches, you can take dogs on some after 15th Sept. All in all a great holiday (apart from the weather) in a great area , would return

Tres bon accueil. Sejour très agréable et dépaysant. Une piscine privée pour les enfants.Des vraies vacances près de la mer avec de petites criques magnifiques.Déplacement à velos tout au long du séjour et gare a proximité à 8 minutes de la Rochelle.Merci à Louna et Laurent pour leur accueil.

Maison à Angoulin

Belle petite maison au centre d’Angoulin Commerces à pieds Propriétaire très sympa et très réactif à nos demande Seul problème la piscine est décri comme chauffée dans l’annonce et ne l’est pas … Seul une bâche pour limiter la perte de chaleur la nuit et la réchauffer par temps de grand soleil Nous avons malheureusement pas pu nous baigner car l’eau était à 20 degrés …

Il est bien stipulé dans le descriptif "piscine chauffée par une bâche à bulle" Nous avons choisi cette méthode écologique pour la chauffée, qui nous a rendu satisfaction toutes ces dernières années. Malheureusement cette fin de saison aux conditions météorologiques très exécrables fut difficile pour toute la région.

Séjour très agréable

Jolie Petite maison située au centre du village. Facilité pour boire un verre ou acheter des produits locaux au marché (dont de très bonnes huîtres) ou chez les autres commerçants et tout cela sans prendre la voiture. Ambiance sympa! Piscine et alentours très agréables; on trouve toujours un peu d’ombre suivant l’heure (idéal pour le chien). Proprietaire très aimable et correct. Merci

Es waren zwei wunderbare Wochen

Die Ruhe und die schöne Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Es waren sehr nette Vermieter und auch die Nachbarn waren total nett. In dem kleinen Ort gab es sehr freundliche Menschen. Wir hatten alles, was das Herz begehrt.

Un havre de paix, près de tout !

Une parfaite petite location, idéalement située, à la fois au calme et près des commerces (à 2 min à pied), des plages et de La Rochelle (à environ 5 min et 15 min en voiture). La piscine et sa terrasse sont top pour se détendre en famille ! L'accueil est sympathique et attentionné, merci Laurent ! Dommage il fallait repartir !

Un îlot de tranquilité

L'accueil est très cordial , le propriétaire fait son maximum pour répondre aux besoins exprimés. La maison est assez petite mais très bien aménagée et bien décorée. Le grand plus étant l'extérieur très joli avec la piscine et le bel olivier qui donne de l'ombre bien appréciée pour se reposer. La maison se situe dans un environnement très calme, à côté de la boucherie et de la boulangerie du village. Une location de vacances qui a fait notre bonheur, on recommande sans hésiter !

Charming house is a quiet residential area served by good local transport and close to train line and supermarket. The pool was amazing. Laurent is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. L'endroit parfait pour se reposer au calme

Très belle location avec piscine, bien située tout près du centre du village et des commerces, du marché, mais aucun bruit ne trouble la quiétude du lieu. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très à l'écoute. Les petits cadeaux à l'arrivée sont appréciés. Ces vacances ont été superbes. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Merci encore à Laurent.

Location idéalement située, à deux pas de commerces de proximité (boulangerie, charcuterie/traiteur, bistrot, pharmacie) et à 5 minutes en voiture d’un centre commercial. Petite maison propre et bien agencée, avec un extérieur particulièrement agréable : bbq, bains de soleil et surtout la piscine (bien entretenue, chauffée)! Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. En résumé, une location à retenir!

Beautiful, quiet retreat for small family in great location

We are a family of 4, with children of 10 and 13 and had a lovely time in this chalet. It is small but it was just what we needed and the children loved the swimming pool and we loved being outside around the pool. The location is perfect, the village has everything you need and it is so peaceful. Fantastic for exploring Ile de Re and cycling. The owners were lovely and very welcoming.

Nous avons bien apprécié cette location dans ce beau petit village calme. Le centre est à quelques pas... boulangerie, boucherie, bistrot, petit marché... La location est mignonne... on s’y sent bien ! Très bon accueil du propriétaire, bien sympathique ! Nous reviendrons !
