Renting a pleasantly renovated studio for 4 - 5 people on the 3rd floor with elevator and intercom in a recent residence. Located in the city center, at the foot of the gondola and the bus station, you will also find all the shops at a stride and the thermal baths at 5 minutes. South facing, you will be seduced by the view of the mountains.

The apartment of 26 - 30 m² consists of:
- An entrance with wardrobe closet.
- A bathroom with WC.
- A living area with 2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed.
- A living room with 1 sofa bed for 2 persons in size 160, TV, dining area, integrated kitchenette with 2 hotplates and equipped with oven + microwave, pressure cooker, raclette, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Washing machine...
- Ski storage (entrance facing the gondola).
A deposit of 50 euros will be made if the apartment is left dirty.
Pets not allowed, no smoking.
Provide your bed and bath linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels not provided)

Très agréable appartement

L'appartement est très agréable, situé tout prêt de tous les commerces et du Télécabine pour aller skier. Très bon accueil de la personne qui gère les arrivées / départ. Je recommande !
