"Ti Mathild", house with sea and forest view

Our house is located 8 minutes walk from the beach of Goas-Treiz, and 3-5 minutes by car from all shops and other beaches.
You can walk, hike, sail, laze on a beach, etc.

We recently renovated our "Ty Mathild"

From the ground floor and from the terrace, the view is clear on the protected Quellen forest as well as on the sea depending on the season.
From the floor, the panoramic sea view is the same in all seasons!

Ground floor :

- a modern open kitchen (with TV) + back kitchen (south-east exhibition)

You can also store your sport or sea equipment there.

- bedroom 2: 160 cm bed sea view
(+ 1 folding bed if necessary)
- bedroom 3: 140 cm sofa bed + water point (sink and bathtub)

Exterior 1500 m2:
- possibility to park 6 cars
- possibility to park a motorhome
- a first garden with trees (south-east)
- a second garden at the front (south-west)
You can also enjoy a large terrace (70 m2) facing south-west (+ garden furniture and barbecue)

Supplies:
- Sheets and towels are optional for stays of less than 2 weeks.
- Often leaving on a trip, we leave you our whole house, with everything you need every day.
We will simply close a few closets with our personal belongings.
We want a climate of trust and that you feel at home as at home.
- Books, games and music are available.
- A pellet stove-Hydro is used for heating and domestic water heaters. 
Its use and maintenance will be explained to you upon your arrival.

On request and with supplement, cleaning can be done 1 time mid-week, or 1 time per week for longer stays.
