Beautiful 2 story secluded private waterfront retreat with shared pool and hot tub access. Bring your boat and tie up to the dock for fishing or sunset cruises. 4ft average water depth at dock. Easy boat rides to local restaurants and historic towns await. 5 minute car ride to Kent Island's great restaurants and wedding venues. Convenient access to Rt 50 and only15 minutes to Annapolis. Great for Bridal parties.. Bedrooms: King Bedroom Suite on main floor. Two Queen Bedroom loft area another Bedroom with three (3) full beds. Enjoy everything the Eastern Shore has to offer. The home has interior stair access from garage to the second and third floor living areas.

Son’s Wedding

The place was beautiful, welcoming and relaxing. My family and I will definitely be coming back. Want to do something in the warmer days. The 5/5 from everyone is no lie and not exaggerated. Book your stay right away!! :)

Amazing family getaway

Everything about this property was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and communicative. The property was stunning. The accommodations, including the hot tub and the playgrounds and getting to see the chickens on the property. We’re all such family fun, friendly activities we hope to be able to come back during the summer!

John’s guest house is immaculate. Meticulously cleaned, beautiful views, comfortable beds, stocked with everything you need for a perfect getaway. Added bonus is that John is a fantastic person who makes everything easy for guests.

Wedding Stay

The property was exactly as listed, fantastic both inside and out. The property was clean and well furnished. Being a 7 minute drive to the wedding venue was just an added bonus.
