Mini villa 40m2 sea view palombaggia

Mini villa of 40 m2 air-conditioned on the ground floor with sea view for 4 people (Perfect for couples, alone, or family with children).
With a separate bedroom with queen-size bed, a spacious living room with sofa bed, and a dining area that open onto a magnificent shaded terrace (with deckchair barbecue and garden furniture) extended by the park of the residence with the sea on the horizon, a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine ...), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Our accommodation is located 6km south of porto vecchio in a beautiful, fully enclosed private residence with automatic gate and digital code, with swimming pool and tennis halfway between the beach of Santa Giulia and palombaggia (2 min by car). Other remarks: vehicle essential, free parking in the residence, children welcome, pets not allowed, household linen not provided rental possibility, obligatory cleaning to be paid on site (50 euros), restaurants 2 min and shops 10 min.
Figari (airport) 25 minutes by car. Finally a deposit of 1000 € will be requested on your arrival uncashed.

Quel dommage !!

Voisins trop bruyants, uniquement des Italiens qui parlent très forts...et qui s’en moquent royalement. Vieux logement non insonorisés, on sait exactement le nombre de toilettes, douches, lave vaisselle qui sont utilisés de jour comme de nuit.. Cela pourrait vraiment être agréable sans ces désagréments qui gâchent vraiment le séjour.

quel dommage d avoir attendu la fin de votre séjour pour évoquer ce souci et de ne pas avoir été vous plaindre directement aux intéressés , ou à l' accueil de la résidence ou encore à notre concierge qui aurait pu intervenir car disponible pour vous 24/24, la communication aurait été je pense judicieuse , c 'est regrettable également de ne pas énoncer vos points positifs dans votre commentaire ou vous avez dit avoir apprécié le logement avec sa vue mer ,et ses équipements, ainsi que sa literie, je suis navrée pour vous, car la résidence est habituellement réputée pour être calme et paisible, quand à l insonorisation , c est très exagéré de votre part , cela fait plus de 6 ans que nous louons, et personne ne s' est plaint de cela , peut être serait il préférable pour vous de louer une villa individuelle? nous vous souhaitons une très bonne continuation.

Très belle location avec vue mer

Location au top, bien située, belle vue. Très propre, très bonne literie. Location moderne et très agréable. Tout le nécessaire est là. La machine Nespresso est très appréciable. À 10/15 minutes du port de Porto Vecchio. On reviendra sans problème.

Sehr schönes Appartment in toller Umgebung

Meine Kinder und ich haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Appartement war sauber und erstklassig ausgestattet. Zudem hatten wir eine große Terrasse mit Grillplatz. Die Anlage verfügte über einen riesigen Garten, einen Tennisplatz und einen tollen Pool. Bei Fragen unterstützte uns Cathy, eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Top. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Emplacement idéal

Mini villa très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée 1 chambre sans clim mais ventilateur 1 canapé lite dans le salon où l on dort très bien très bon matelas Idéal pour aller à la mer site d’en palombaggia superbe, situé proche des route qui vont à bonifacio et montagne Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour et propriétaire très à l écoute de vos besoins et très réactive .
