Τhis beautiful property located in the area of Agios Petros, very close to the village of Lefkimmi, being only 7 mins away from the beach, on foot. The propery consists of two wonderful autonomous apartments, each one with their own entrance. Each apartment is 45 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, an open space living room and kitchen and one bathroom. It is perfect for 4-5 people as an extra sofa-bed is added. The exterior is well landscaped with a big courtyard as a private parking is provided.
The property built by its owner with love and care so it provides comfort and friendliness. The big veranda is ready to welcome you whether it is for your morning coffee, your lunch or a lazy afternoon accompanied by your favourite book. The apartment offers great views to the surrounding green scenery, the hills and the mountains which will make you feel serenity and peacefulness, keeping all the noise and the hustle away. With the house it also comes a big garden , planted with trees and flowers.
