Exclusive 2 bedroom penthouse apartment set in lush tropical gardens with swimming pools, trickling streams, waterfalls and beautiful walks - a haven for all the family. Within minutes from the long sunny beach of Vera Playa with all its amenities - restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops. It is just 60 mins from Almeria Airport. The apartment is fully equipped to a very high standard with all modern amenities including TV and air conditioning. The large double length south facing terrace gives spectacular views of the gardens, sea and mountains with the white village of Mojacar Pueblo in the distance. The sun shines all day on the balcony and affords amazing sunsets across the mountains at dusk. There is a supermarket nearby open until late in the evening.

El alojamiento en general está muy bien, muy cerca de la playa naturista, la cual nos encantó. Buena comunicación con otros sitios de interés .Como recomendación al propietario sería que actualizase los colchones, son bastante viejos.El resto de la casa impecable.

Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento y las zonas comunes. Las camas no son muy cómodas, creo que habría que cambiarlas. Y la comunicación para acceder ha sido difícil, ya que tanto el propietario como la inmobiliaria no hablan español y no ha habido una comunicación muy fluida, aunque si han sido muy cordiales.

El anuncio no concuerda con el apartamento

En el anuncio especifica que la playa esta a pocos minutos del apartamento cosa que no es verdad esta a 10 minutos en coche y la primera playa es nudista tambien dicr que hay maravillosas vistas al mar cosas que es tambien mentira porque no se ve ni por la terraza, la limpieza horrible la bañera con filos negros, telarañas y polvo por todo el piso, el menaje de cocina roto o desgastado, las sillas de la terraza rotas, el lavavajillas roto el microhondas no da vueltas porque el plato que tiene no es el suyo, el colchon de matrimonio horrible, en el anuncio dice que hay wifi y nos ha sido imposible pillarlo, tambien decia que habia 2 piscinas de las cuales solo funciona una y para colmo de males el agente que no tenia que dar las llaves llego una hora tarde y encima no sabe nada de español y por consiguiente no te coge el telefono porque no sabe comunicarse contigo. Nosotros nos quedamos una semana la cual hemos gastado mas gasolina que en el viaje por tener que ir en coche a todos sitios hasta a comprar y el sabado nos encontramos con que los limpiadores han entrado a nuestro piso porque no sabian que nos ibamos el domingo y no el sabado...vaya no repetire nunca con este apartamento. Y pido que el dueño cambie el anuncio puesto que es mentira.

Paz y tranquilidad

El apartamento bien, el entorno fantasmático . Hemos visto que los colchones y las almohadas están muy usadas, la vajilla también esta muy usada, faltaría un cambio de menaje, y para terminar, la sombrilla de la terraza estaba rota. Exceptuando esto , la estancia es genial.

No se ajustan cosas muchas cosas a la realidad,pone que hay wifi y no es particular sino el de la comunidad que casi no va.Tienen un lavavajillas que no se puede usar.La sombrilla de la terraza deja mucho que desear como sombrilla de terraza porque no vale ni para playa.Menaje escaso,tuvimos que comprar cuchillos.Los electrodomésticos estaban sin enchufar a la llegada,tuvimos que hacerlo nosotros.La cortina del baño se cae porque no es fija.

Bel appartement, grandes espaces, propre et moderne ! La résidence est très bien tenue, les piscines agréables ! Tout le matériel électroménager est disponible on ne manque de rien ! Grande facilité de mise à disposition par l'agence de location très accessible Seul petit bémol la literie pas très confortable dans la chambre parental, et le mobilier extérieur (terrasse) un peu vétuste. Mais ça ne nous a pas empécher de passer de belles vacances !

Great apartment and relaxing complex with or without childrends

We spent 4 nights and the apartment has everything that we needed. The location is great because it's not farther away from beaches, supermarkets (Consum or Mercadona) and also close to Vera and Garrucha town center. Despite the apartment is a second floor without lift it gives you a better view of the swimming pool and landscapes. There's a community access to internet but it is not as fast as desirable, therefore it can be a point to improve. Also the garden furniture can be renew; some elements are repaired and due to its low price it's worth to change them. Every room has its own air conditioner. Two of them use the same remote and it could be some non straight forward to manage them. Our two children (6 and 3) my wife and I spent a great stance at this apartment that I would recommend. Thanks and see you next time!!
