Villa located in a private residence of 10 villas, 5 km from the city center of Porto-Vecchio, 5 km from the beaches of Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, ...
Comprising a double room (a bed 140), a shower room, WC, kitchen (with gas stove (2 burners), fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven + microwave, coffee machine (pods) and coffee maker, toaster, crockery), living room with extra bed, television. Air conditioner.
Outdoor terrace with garden furniture, garden (250 M² =) and private garden shed, barbecue. Private and secure car park (inside the residence closed by an automatic gate)
The rentals are in principle from Sunday to Sunday (transport prices more interesting) but other agreements may be suitable, to do with the owner.
The final cleaning and the supply of household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) can be provided for supplements: 50 € for cleaning and 35 € (2 pers.) Or 60 € (4 pers.) For linen .
