Soulac mit seinen farbenfrohen Villen ist ein sehr gepflegter kleiner Ort mit Traumstrand und entspannter AtmosphäreDas Haus Cote Mairie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber absolut central. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Markthalle sowie das Meer sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Philippe ist ein ausgesprochen gewissenhafter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber mit Geduld und Humor. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet - Meine diversen Sonderwünsche wurden von Philippe sehr kulant und direkt umgesetzt. Vielen Dank lieber Philippe, für Ihre freundliche und unkomplizierte Hilfe und Unterstützung!Ich hoffe sehr, wieder einen Urlaub in Ihrer angenehmen Wohnung - mit einem Tariquet de Gascogne - verbringen zu dürfen!!! Logement très pratique dans le centre

Toutes les composites nécessaires et le petit plus d’un propriétaire tte sympathique et très serviable. On peut recharger son ebike et il y a de la place pour ranger ses vélos en lieu sûr. En plein centre avec tous les bons conseils de Philippe qui sait restait à disposition et diecret. Merci encore
