In the Malibu Village club village which has all the amenities necessary for an ideal family holiday: 3 swimming pools, tennis, squash, restaurant, we rent our 36m2 apartment located on the first and last floor comprising:
1 bedroom with cupboard and storage plus a 10m2 mezzanine with storage too.
Sofa bed in living room with large screen TV.
Fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, large fridge and freezer)
Bathroom with washing machine and separate wc
 The apartment is very well insulated (double glazing) and equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot)
A 7m2 balcony for meals overlooking the garden equipped with a blind.

The Malibu village, an exotic site on more than 5 hectares, is 10 minutes from the beach by bike, a shuttle or a small direct train to the beach. All the hotel services are at your disposal (Snack bar restaurant). amenities of the residence (4 swimming pools including a children's pool, tennis squash, table tennis, multisport field, for unlimited access on a flat rate basis of € 35 per adult / week and € 15 per child / week. (3 to 12 years)

Theme evening every evening and entertainment. The day access to the children's mini club, aquagym, zumba, stretching.
