About this property

Beach front1 bedroom with pool

The best property in Exuma has just added a one bedroom 900 sq ft carriage house apartment.

This newly remodeled construction, located at the existing Jimmy Hill Exuma Beach property, is on the best beach in Exuma and takes advantage of a great location and best amenities on the island.

Located just off the beach, the one bedroom unit has two queensize beds and one pull out sofa that sleeps 4 (max) comfortably. Unit contains 1 bathroom and one privacy powder room, full kitchen, laundry facility and ice machine are included. Our guest have full access to the beautiful white sand semi-private beach and the best pool and pool deck on the island for simply lounging the day away.

Rent one of our existing villas (property ID's 372915, 309956 or 674223) and need a extra bedroom for 2-4 people? This is a perfect solution. Grocery delivery, cooks/chef and excursion are all available through our on-site property managers and staff.

Yes, the ocean was visible from our balcony between the two buildings in front, which made all the difference. It was very nice to see the ocean. The unit was extremely clean and just as pictured on the Internet. Extremely easy communication with the owners instant feedback. The pool and hot tub and deck area were spectacular and extremely easy to get to the beach. They also had showers to wash off. We used the ice machine and the washers and dryers look brand new. Very close to the airport never heard any air traffic.

This is a great place to stay. There are multiple units on site and everyone is so friendly. The pool is great, the view is amazing out from the pool and patio. The location is convenient to hit up great exuma beaches both to the north and south. We will look to return to exuma again

We were amazed at this slice of paradise! It was our third trip back to Exuma in the past year. We have rented a large home, room at a resort hotel and now the carriage house. It had everything we needed for the week. It’s hard to find a place that is perfect for two people with a full kitchen and the most amazing grounds including an infinity pool and hot tub on the most beautiful sandy beach in Exuma. Communication with the owners was very quick. We will be back!

This lovely property had a larger resort look and feel as you approach.The facities were very well kept, perfectly clean and well equipped. We enjoyed being so close after the exit road from the airport, as well as centralized on the island. The pool area above the beach is an awesome plus! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Exuma.
