2000 sq ft, updated, 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house on a quiet street in Groveland. Home was built in 2006. Close to all PML amenities! Garage and extra parking in back of house. Hardwood floors, huge open kitchen, wireless internet, and TV. One of 2 living room couches is a pull out for extra sleeping capability. With our home being inside PML, you will have access to the beautiful Pine Mountain Lake for beach and swimming enjoyment. Groveland is the last town prior to entering Yosemite National Park, located only 25 miles from the entrance gates!

This was our very first home. We bought this and built our little family here. first owners, it was brand new built. all upgraded. we have added all hardwood floors throughout! great easy access layout. huge huge kitchen! we live local also. We have decided to rent this as a vacation rental instead of sale it.
Why they chose this property
It's so close to Yosemite and all the Sierra Nevadas. Stay here at 1/2 the price of hotels in Yosemite and have all our restful PML experiences to use. Plus you can cook and save money and have way more room for many more individuals!
