5 Bedroom Bonus Room Townhouse. As you walk into this home you will see a one car garage on your right. To your left you will find the first bedroom with a queen bed. The next room is the bonus room/den. It will have a pull out queen couch. This bonus room has a mini frig, 2 couches, lounge chairs and 50+ inch smart TV. A full bathroom is also on this level. The 2nd floor has the main living space. The kitchen, dinning and living room are on this level, along with a master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. Up to the 3rd floor you will have 3 more bedrooms. One with 2 Queen beds, one with 2 single beds and another master suite with a king bed. The master suite not only has it's own private bath, but a private deck too.
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
