Typical house in the heart of the old village 200m from the beach. Completely renovated in 2017. Sunny terrace in the morning upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen (induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher). 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, 1 on the ground floor, quiet (2 double beds, 1 single bed). 1 SE with shower and toilet on the floor. 1 SE on the ground floor with shower. Separate toilets. On the ground floor, a room with direct access to the street for bicycles, surf .... All shops and restaurants nearby. Possibility of parking in the adjacent streets or parking of the beach or the town hall.

Great family holidays

Perfect house for up to 5 people, very close to the beach, every 2nd market for great regional food and tourist stuff. Butcher, bakery, supermarket reachable by foot within max. 5 minutes walking. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cette maison de village est parfaitement conforme Ă  sa description ; Elle a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e mais elle a gardĂ© le charme de l'ancien y compris dans le mobilier sans pour autant nĂ©gliger l'agrĂ©ment.Nous avons adorĂ©.Par ailleurs, elle est idĂ©alement placĂ©e dans BarcarĂšs et il est possible de faire tout Ă  pieds. MalgrĂ© l'absence de stationnement dĂ©diĂ©, ce dernier n'a pas Ă©tĂ© problĂ©matique.BarcarĂšs est une ville trĂšs sympathique et la maison est Ă  proximitĂ© directe du cƓur de la ville. (Restaurants, MarchĂ©s et marchĂ©s nocturnes et moultes activitĂ©s)Des travaux d’amĂ©nagement sont en cours et amĂ©liorerions encore le cadre notamment pour les enfants.Seul petit inconvĂ©nient pour les gens habituĂ©s, comme nous le sommes, est l'absence de climatisation la nuit.L'air marin, rafraichit bien mais cette proximitĂ© apprĂ©ciable du cƓur de ville gĂ©nĂšre un peu de bruit ; Il est donc difficile de laisser ouvert. NĂ©anmoins, l'hĂŽte mets des ventilateurs Ă  disposition ce qui rend tout cela agrĂ©able.Les plages sont magnifiques et il est possible d'en profiter largement car elles ne sont pas surpeuplĂ©es. Avant l'accĂšs Ă  la mer, il y a une grande bande de sable pour laisser de l'espace aux jeux de raquettes, ballons, cerf-volants, etc...) L'eau est trĂšs belle.La ville est bien situĂ© et il est possible de trouver de nombreuses activitĂ©s dans un faible kilomĂ©trage. (parcs aquatiques, accrobranche, parc animalier etc...) AmĂ©lioration : Un lit superposĂ© dans la chambre simple serait encore un plus.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette charmante maison, atypique, trÚs bien équipée et idéalement située (proche de la mer, des commerces, des marchés,
), on peut tout faire à pied. Stationnement facile dans les rues adjacentes. A recommander !

Ein gelungener Urlaub im August

Das Inserat (Haus und Umgebung) entsprechen der RealitĂ€t. Herd, Wasch/SpĂŒlmaschine, -KĂŒhlschrank usw. funktionieren tadellos. BĂ€ckereien, Metzgerei, Restaurants, Markt mit frischem Obst und GemĂŒse sind zu Fuß in 1 bis 2 Minuten erreichbar, Supermarkt etwa 10 min..Auch der Strand ist wie beschrieben, nur 200m entfernt. ParkplĂ€tze gibt es in der nĂ€heren Umgebung, wenige Meter entfernt. Wir fanden sogar immer einen Platz direkt vor dem Haus.FĂŒr eine Familie mit 2 oder 3 Kindern ideal. Bis Mitternacht gibt es tĂ€glich wechselndes Programm auf den großen Platz, wenige Meter entfernt, und vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Nach Mitternacht ist es aber auch beendet, und wir konnten immer gut schlafen. Einziger Nachteil: Hand .und GeschirrhandtĂŒcher muss man selbst mitbringen. FĂŒr BettwĂ€sche muss man nochmal extra zahlen oder ebenfalls mitbringen.Ein gelungener Urlaub..

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem schönen Haus. Sehr nett eingerichtet, sauber und die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch dieses Mal hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Gerne machen wir dort noch einmal Urlaub.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Ein typisch französisches Haus, zentral gelegen. Fast jeden Tag gibt es vor der HaustĂŒre einen Markt ( mal mit Lebensmitteln mal ohne). Das Haus ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig und gut eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es hĂ€ufig am Abend laut, uns hat das manchmal gestört, dennoch wĂŒrden wir wieder hin fahren. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Wer außerhalb eines typischen Touristengebietes ( wir haben selten andere EuropĂ€er gehört) wohnen möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Location trĂšs pratique trĂšs proche de la plage et de la place oĂč se trouve le marchĂ© vraiment trĂšs bien situĂ©e un peu bruyant le soir mais en plein mois d'aoĂ»t et en centre ville c'est tout Ă  fait normal les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs sympathique rĂ©pondent trĂšs rapidement aux messages Nous avons appris Ă  les connaĂźtre sans mĂȘme les avoir vu (merci Ă  vos voisins fort sympathique qui nous ont parlĂ© de vous) Pour rĂ©sumĂ© un super voyage en famille

Zentral im Ort und nah am Meer

Das Haus war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet, auch die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Praktisch fĂŒr eine fĂŒnfköpfige Familie sind die zwei Badezimmer. GegenĂŒber des Hauses gibt es eine sehr gute BĂ€ckerei und wenn man aus dem Haus nach links geht, erreicht man in nur 2-3 Minuten einen tollen kleinen Obst- und GemĂŒseladen. Und ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls zu Fuß gut zu erreichen Auf dem Markt, den es im Sommer sonntags auch vor dem Haus und nahezu jeden Tag auf dem großen Platz schrĂ€g gegenĂŒber des Hauses gibt, finden sich zwar viele StĂ€nde mit dem ĂŒblichen touristischen Zeug, aber dazwischen auch tolle GemĂŒsestĂ€nde und andere leckere SpezialitĂ€ten. Von Le Bacares aus gibt es in der Umgebung einige interessante Orte zu entdecken, So ist Barcelona als Tagesausflug gut erreichbar. Auf dem benannten großen Platz, wo auch die MĂ€rkte stattfinden, gibt es abends hĂ€ufig Programm, allerdings war es gegen Mitternacht immer beendet, so dass es danach relativ ruhig war. Insbesondere fĂŒr jugendliche Familienmitglieder ist die zentrale Lage des Hauses absolut perfekt, da sie selbststĂ€ndig zum Meer gehen und am Abendtreiben im Ort teilnehmen können.

La maison, bien que refaite Ă  neuf il y a quelques annĂ©es, comme dĂ©crit dans l’annonce, est meublĂ©e avec un style trĂšs vieillot. La literie est dĂ©plorable, en particulier celle de la chambre « individuelle » qui dispose d’un lit « à lattes » de trĂšs mauvaise qualitĂ©, qui ne cessent de se dĂ©tacher Ă  chaque mouvement un peu brusque. De plus, bien que la localisation de la maison soit proche de tous commerces, restaurants et de la mer, le bruit aux alentours, essentiellement la nuit, est vraiment dĂ©rangeant. SĂ©jour donc trĂšs passable....

Un séjour ideal

La maison est parfaitement équipée et idéalement située pour des vacances au bord de mer. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli malgré quelques retards de notre part. Nous recommandons vivement !
