About the host

We initially purchased this unit to use this as our main stopover and leave our luggages behind while we travel in different islands. Because of the convenience, we decided to make it our second home. The place has gotten smaller so we decided to move into a bigger place and rent this out where we can also have the freedom to stay in the unit when we are in Manila.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property due to the close location to the NAIA Airport Terminal 3. We planned to travel during retirement and thought this condo would be the most convenient location

What makes this property unique

Excellent location for the traveler. Nearby is Resorts World and also several International Hotels, Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton and Holiday Inn. For those interested in island hopping, this is a good stopover place to store your luggage and take short trips to other islands or even to Asia.
