One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

My husband and I really enjoyed the comfort and decorations in the condo, ease of access to the beach, and privacy of the location on the beach. The bed was very comfortable and that is important to me.

Stayed here for the month of February. The weather was great, the beach beautiful and the condo was clean and exactly as described. I especially loved the balcony off the master bedroom.

The view never gets old

This beautifully decorated condo is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The beach access is outstanding and the beach boys are helpful and friendly. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

One more time to the beach

Came down for 2 weeks for my mom to watch the waves and enjoy her last trip to the beach. This unit is conveniently located right off the elevator for easy access. Plenty of room for 3 adults.

EXCELLENT TIME AWAY!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We would've loved to stay much longer. The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The view is phenomenal. We also love that their was beach service provided. The communication with the property management company was very timely. Highly recommend.

This was approximately our 20th visit to Okaloosa Island and we have stayed and many resorts on the Island. This time it was at the Summerlin and it was everything that it was advertised to be. The location was very quiet and the condo was very clean and well furnished. We can’t wait for next year.

Exactly what I was looking for and MORE!

This condo surpassed my expectations! The area was not overly crowded, as can be sometimes during spring break. The location is convenient to airport, shopping, attractions and restaurants....yet far enough out from the congestion. Well furnished with everything one could need for comfort and convenience.

Very Nice Condo needs a little attentio

The condo is beautiful and very nicely furnished. It is also directly over the beach, which is a big plus. However, it was not equipped with some simple but necessary things (measuring spoons, a broom, and the keurig coffee maker was broken). One of the two toilets was also broken.

Beautiful condo

This condo was the prettiest and most modern one that we have ever rented. Great location. Beautiful view. I would definitely recommend it. Only one minor negative and that was no beach umbrella and chairs service provided which my family has enjoyed at other locations.
