Very pretty Villa Evian / Neuvecelle

Very nice villa of 135 m2 built in 2017, living room of 60 m2 on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs including a master suite. The 2 bathrooms have an Italian shower with quality materials.
Very clear house. Very nice lake view from upstairs. Quality bedding, linen provided free of charge.
400 m garden. garden furniture: table + chairs + garden armchairs.
Other equipment: electric barbecue, ping pong table. Ideally located 3 minutes by car from the center of Evian and the lake ..
On request: fruit basket, prepared meal possible, all kinds of supplies, airport transfer ...

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The location is great, with a lovely view over Lake Geneva. The service is excellent. We would love to come back.

Beautiful view of Lac Lemon

We stayed 10 nights at this VRBO. The home was very clean and the accommodations were so comfortable. Everything was in good working order. Our host, Ludvig was extremely helpful and accessible. We had a few questions and he responded immediately. It was a lovely stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Magnifique séjour en famille chez Ludovic. La maison et son emplacement sont parfaits. Totalement conforme à la description, une maison très bien équipée et spacieuse, joliment décorée, parfaitement au calme avec vue sur lac depuis la cuisine, la chambre parentale ainsi que la salle de bain mais proche d’Evian, accessible à pied ( appréciable en saison) via le funiculaire à 10mn. Ludovic attache un grand soin à l’accueil et est totalement disponible. Merci à vous. Je recommande ce spot !

Perfekt fĂĽr einen ruhigen Urlaub

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Haben uns alle in diesem tollen, modernem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gemangelt - alles war vorhanden um einen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge ideal. Egal ob in die Schweiz, an den See oder in die französischen Alpen, einfach perfekt!!!

La villa est idéalement située au bord du lac leman.(commerces essentiels à proximité) Tout correspond bien au descriptif de l’annonce. Spacieuse et fonctionnelle,la maison est décorée avec goût ! En tout point parfait!

Belle et grande maison, très agréable, bien placée au dessus d'Evian rejoignable à pied si marcheur, vue lac, fonctionnelle, confortable et bien équipée. Escapade en Suisse très facile : Montreux, Gstaad, Chaplin's world etc.. Propriétaires sans soucis, sympathiques, accueillants et conciliants. En résumé nous recommandons tout à fait!

Nice new house in a beautiful location

This house is in a great location, close to Lake Geneva and the lakeside towns. The owner communicated frequently and answered all of our questions. It was a good fit for a family on vacation. The only recommendations for improvement I have are regarding things structural to the house. For instance, there is no central AC so you must keep the windows open. This is fine, except when storms come through, as they did 2 of the 3 nights we were there. The windows just swing freely so strong winds slam them shut and wake you up. Also, there is no clothes dryer so you must hang up clothes to dry after washing them. This is tough when it's raining. Finally, there are no towel racks anywhere in the house, which is unusual and annoying. Overall, however, despite these odd features, we really enjoyed staying in this house.

Maison agréable et calme

La maison est très bien : bien équipée, calme. Et le propriétaire agréable et prévenant. Le chantier situé à côté nous a fait un peu peur en arrivant, mais nous n'avons pas été gênés du tout. Les voisins et leurs chats sont très sympas aussi ! Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Maison un peu excentrée, superbe vue, maison tout confort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, vue imprenable sur le lac d'un côté, les montagnes de l'autre. Tout le nécessaire est là, et très bonne literie. Très chouette jardin pour les enfants. Le seul bémol est le fenêtre sans store à la salle de bain parental ce qui fait que l'on soit réveilléavec la lumièredu jour, un détail.
