- Includes a closed parking with direct access to the elevator leading to the apartment.

A deposit of 300 Euros is required upon arrival.
A flat rate of 50 euros per stay for cleaning is to be added to the rental price.
- 10% discount for all rentals of 2 consecutive weeks or more.
- Tourist tax in supplement, according to the number of people.
