Independent house full of charm in Provencal style completely renovated, pleasant to live in, quiet in wooded park, bright.
Total area 70 m2.
Simple and modern decoration, new bedding, new kitchen, new SB, parking, golf room, electric gate, plenty of storage.
Location: two minutes by car from the Opio shopping center and the entrance to the Grande Bastide golf course. Ideal for golfers (13 courses in the region).
Friendly and helpful hosts, Sylvie their daughter will take care of the rentals. Languages: French and English.

Exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé 12 jours de rêve avec notre chien Maison très bien rénovée, moderne et confortable, très bien placée pour visiter la région, au calme. Propriétaires charmants, présents mais discrets, soucieux de notre bien être comme de celui de notre chien. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons vivement cette adresse à toutes les personnes qui voyagent avec un chien, ou pas…. Un très grand merci à Sylvie et à ses parents

Lovely house and owners

The house was exactly what we were looking for and was as described in the advertisement. It fulfilled all our expectations: clean, spacious, functional, calm, save, …. We didn’t miss anything. And the owner was absolutely professional, very nice and ensuring we have all what we need. We can highly recommend it!

Our stay in Opio

We spent a month in June 2023 at Villa Paprika. The property is excellent - very comfortable, clean and to a high standard, it also has a large secure garden which was great for our 2 dogs. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay a home from home. Our host Sylvie was very welcoming which certainly added to our holiday experience. We were very sad to leave and would certainly recommend this property which is in a very beautiful part of France.

Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war in Ordnung, allein die Sauberkeit in der Küche ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, was wir aber vor Ort bemängelt haben. Die Gartenmöbel sind total unbequem für längeres Sitzen bzw. Liegen.
