Open-plan kitchen connected to the living room, 15 m² terrace with a stunning view from Cap d'Antibes to Cros de Cagnes, 3 bedrooms (2 with direct access to the garden), 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and a private, fully enclosed garden.
No on-site parking due to the narrow streets typical of Provençal villages, which add to their charm and tranquility. There is a drop-off point 20 m away and two free public parking lots 150 m away.
Located in a peaceful, typically Provençal village, you’ll be just a few minutes from the beaches (Cagnes-sur-Mer and Saint-Laurent-du-Var) and the beautiful villages of the Nice hinterland (Saint-Paul-de-Vence, etc.).
You can also enjoy numerous festive and cultural events in the region: Nice (Carnival), Menton (Lemon Festival), Cannes (Film Festival), Monaco (Grand Prix)...

A balcony between the mountains and the sea

Wonderful Stay.. the view from the patio is sublime. We were traveling with a grandbaby and having the downstairs walkout to a grass yard / garden was PERFECT. nicely appointed. comfortable home .. very unique area.. ancient stone houses.. wonderful.

Great house in quiet location

We stayed at the house in December. It is very clean, comfortable and spatious, we had everything we needed. Owners are very helpful and communication is easy and quick. We did not mind having to park a few minutes walk away from the house. We visited the beautiful area (Nice, Antibes, Monaco), all very easily accessible with a car.

Lovely stay In beautiful villa in Provence

Tastefully modernised with everything you need. Beautiful views especially early morning and evening Set in a nice village with a restaurant and bar. Very hilly so need a level of fitness. Parking is away from the house. We had a lovely welcome after a long drive, with friendly and helpful hosts. Couldn’t want for more. Dawn & Owen

Perfectly appointed Villa in La Gaude - Particularly for our cycling trip

We are 3 keen road cyclists and stayed in the villa primarily due to its location for great cycling routes, and also due to the spaciousness and equipment available at the villa. It did not disappoint, and in fact exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay, enjoying early morning peace and tranquility on the balcony, before hitting the road for our bike rides to Gourdon, Grasse, Aspremont, Roquestéron, Antibes etc…..everything was just perfect. The villa is just a short walk to the village centre, and there’s a couple of restaurants and a supermarket which we used a couple of times. The villa has everything we needed for our 9 night stay and would definitely recommend staying there, it was perfect for us. If we visit the area again, and we hope to do so, we would have no hesitation in staying at the villa again. In fact, I’m sad we only had 9 nights there, it’s home from home, a wonderful place to stay.

Schöne Villa in der Nähe von Nizza

Die Villa hat alles, was benötigt wird, z.B. eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr herzlich und persönlich wurden wir von den Vermietern empfangen.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Dorf La Gaude ist liebenswert. Nizza ist nicht weit entfernt.

Très bon séjour

Merci à MR et Mme Roubaud pour leur gentil accueil à notre arrivée dans leur maison de La Gaude. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. La maison est confortable, bien équipée, au calme avec en point d’orgue une magnifique vue mer.

Magnifique séjour à la Gaude

Ce gîte est l’emplacement idéal pour profiter autant de la côte que des montagnes. La vue sur la mer et le cap d’Antibes est sublime. De plus, le gîte est très propre, éclairé et tout y est pour passer un séjour inoubliable. Les hôtes sont très facile à joindre, bref, que des points positifs. Nous recommandons très fortement.

Séjour

Vacances découverte de la région des Alpes-Maritimes. Malheureusement en grande partie sous la pluie. La circulation est importante sur tous les tronçons. La Gaude ne présente par d'intérêt particulier. C'est très tranquille pour y dormir. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de boulangerie digne de ce nom. Pour ma part, je ne retournerai pas dans ce village ni dans cette région pour y passer mes prochaines vacances.

Unzureichende Beschreibung

- Es ist keine Anfahrt zum Haus möglich, man muss das Gepäck 200 Meter, Berg auf bis zum Haus tragen - Das Haus war stickig den ganzen Tag lang, es gab keine Mückennetze an den Fenstern somit konnte man nicht lüften - Der Garten ist durch den Kunstrasen nicht nutzbar, da der Boden so heiß war und wurde auch anders auf den Bilder dargestellt - Der Gastgeber konnte keine anderen Sprachen außer Französisch

Ruhige Lage, top Aussicht, top Kommunikation

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit unseren 2 Kindern in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit Flair verbracht und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt in einer kleinen Gasse, abseits vom Trubel. Die Nächte sind so ruhig, dass einem erholsamen Schlaf nichts im Wege steht. Durch Abstand zur Nachbarschaft hat man ausreichend Privatsphäre und kann die Kinder ohne schlechtes Gewissen im kleinen Garten spielen lassen. Alle Mahlzeiten können auf dem Balkon im Sonnenschein mit Blick auf das Meer genossen werden. Es stehen 2 öffentliche Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung und wir hatten an keinem Tag Schwierigkeiten einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer José und seiner Frau persönlich begrüßt und haben noch nie einen so sympathischen, herzlichen und gastfreundlichen Vermieter getroffen. Schon die Kommunikation im Voraus verlief super und wir hätten jederzeit die Möglichkeit gehabt uns mit Sorgen, Problemen und Fragen während des Urlaubs an José zu wenden. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und im großen Kühlschrank lässt sich ein klassischer Familieneinkauf locker verstauen. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt, der 7 Tage /Woche geöffnet ist. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in La Gaude

La casa è in ottima posizione e attrezzata di tutto quello che può servire, anche l'impensabile. L'unico svantaggio è che se avete una vettura medio-grande non si riesce a raggiungere il parcheggio interno ma bisogna parcheggiare o al comune o al cimitero. Non abbiamo conosciuto l'host ma la persona che ci ha accolto (Charlotte) è stata molto disponibile, gentile ed accogliente.
