The mini villa was a dream! It was so peaceful, has a large private outdoor space and a sizeable shower. Our favorite part was the heated pool with jets, plus the property kitty Nala (she will leave you alone if you don’t summon her, but if you do summon her she is friendly!). We’d recommend this stay for a couple and would gladly visit again. The host is lovely and you can’t beat this stay!

Peaceful Stay with Excellent Host

Great host

We had a great stay. The house was clean and had everything you need. Michel was an excellent host. He helped us with a few errands the first day and was very attentive and kind. I suggest having a car for this location. With a car, you can easily get to all of the south of france areas you would like to see. It is not a walkable area. We had a great stay!

Beautiful, peaceful setting and wonderful host!

The villa is situated in a wonderful, central location for exploring the area and host Michel is an excellent, friendly and knowledgeable advisor! He greeted us on arrival and even dropped off breakfast on our first morning! Bed and bedroom are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and well-appointed. Outdoor area has plenty of seating and is separate and private from the main house. This villa is a great find and value. Highly recommend!

Adventure trip to Cote dÀzur

This is something special,a small Villa summerhouse with excellent equipments inside and outside as to be seen on picture.Because of heavy rain the lovely owner owner offerd us an upgrade to his other object on his ground the `Pavillion`,inside , outside all super, own swimmimg pool( heated), a Boule place,total fitness equipment,own garden.Thank you Michel, we could become friends.

Perfect – Quiet/Tranquil Escape away from the busy beach crowds!

My wife & I stayed here end June. The Rivera was packed with throngs of people & tourist. This property provides a quiet/tranquil lush retreat. Nestled in the hills on the outskirt of Nice 5 km from the beach, 10 km from Nice airport. Perfect location for day trips from Monaco to Saint Tropez and everything in between, yet away from the crush of people. We are hesitant to VRBO at a location where the owner lives at the same location – bad experiences in the past; but the owner, Michel, has made a perfect spot – he has two VRBOs set in a tropical lush setting/compound with a private gate, one with a large spa and the other with its own pool. Each unit makes you feel like you are in your own sheltered private environment. The units provided privacy for us to sun & swim sans clothes. The smaller unit was enough for us… the living spaces are outside around the spa, bedroom inside; but he offered us to upgrade to the larger unit with more indoor living space living room/kitchen inside. He was welcoming, never intrusive, yet could be counted on for the best inside/local guidance on where to go and what to do best of both worlds. He has new E-bikes we rented directly from him – much more convenient than going to a rental shop; we used these daily to ride down to the beach to swim/sun, lunches in the local area, & rides into Antibes to explore the town. We would definitely stay here again! The roads up are narrow & winding A car is needed…a small maneuverable one!!

Tout était parfait durant cette semaine à Cagnes-sur-Mer. J'ai pu pratiquer la course à pied, la natation et le vélo dans de très bonnes conditions. La mini villa avec spa était conforme à la description. L'environnement était silencieux et j'ai presque pas entendu les voitures passer juste en dessous. Mon hôte Michel fut accueillant et très sympa. Je recommande fortement !

Soggiorno di coppia senza figli, ad inizio Agosto. Le aspettative erano alte, così come il costo del soggiorno. Si tratta di una piccola stanza matrimoniale con bagno. Cucina e zona pasti esterne, in giardino. Cucina coperta, area pasti no. Zanzare in giardino e acqua della Jacuzzi a temperatura poco gradevole (fredda), per cui usata una sola volta con grande motivazione. La vasca è esposta al sole solo poche ore al giorno. Non ci sono grandi dotazioni in casa: è necessario portare anche la carta igienica e gli essenziali per cucinare, compresse le cialde del caffè espresso (informarsi prima della tipologia). Privacy eccellente. Giardino bellissimo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo/posizione non favorevole.

Bonjour Casina Je vous remercie d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Je tiens toutefois à apporter quelques précisions importantes : • Les photos de l’annonce correspondent exactement à la réalité et décrivent fidèlement la mini villa avec ses espace extérieur cuisine salons et coin repas ainsi que ses équipements. • La mini villa est équipée du nécessaire de base et il est conseillé de prévoir un rapprovisionnement quotidien pour certains produits. • Le jacuzzi était naturellement à 30°, une température parfaitement adaptée à la saison contrairement à ce qui est mentionné. • Les nombreux avis reçus jusqu’ici sont excellents et soulignent la qualité de l’accueil ainsi que l’expérience vécue. • Nous avons par ailleurs accepté avec plaisir de vous accueillir très tard, à 22h30, alors que les arrivées sont normalement prévues à partir de 16h. Enfin, je précise que certains effets personnels plaide et caisse en plastique ont été emportés à la fin de votre séjour, sans réponse de votre part à ce sujet. Je reste bien entendu disponible et à l’écoute, mais il me semblait nécessaire de rétablir ces faits. Meilleures salutations Michel ⸻ Voulez-vous que je vous en fasse une version encore plus concise, de 5–6 lignes maximum, pour un impact plus direct sur Abritel ?

Petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Michel qui est très sympathique et qui nous a donné de très bons conseils. Le mini gîte est au milieu d'un jardin magnifique, cocooning et décoré avec goût. Tout simplement parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michel et Christine. L'endroit est parfait pour deux personnes et surtout idéalement aménagé pour passer un séjour sous le signe de la sérénité et de la tranquillité. Tput est aménagé avec goût, c'est impeccable. Les espaces sont très bien pensés pour que personne ne puisse gêner personne et on trouve dans le logement absolument tout l'essentiel pour passer des vacances idylliques sans avoir à se poser de questions. Michel est un hôte formidable, attentionné, il donne d'excellents conseils et dont on sent chez lui la véritable envie de recevoir, de partager... c'est une très belle rencontre. Le logement est également idéalement placé, proche de tout (nous conseillons toutefois d'avoir une voiture). Nous avons passé des vacances formidables où nous sommes repartis ressourcés avec une seule envie... revenir ! Merci pour tout.

Unser Aufenhalt bei Michael und Christine, die Vermieter der Mini Villa, war absolut perfekt, wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub, vom Check-inn bis zum Check-out war alles wunderbar, sehr liebevoll, respektvoll, besorgt, sehr sauber, das Bett war toll, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, tolles Renoviertes Badezimmer, Aussenbereich mit dem Jakuzzi einfach nur ein Traum, 3 Schöne Ecken zum Sitzen, chillen und essen, die Aussenküche war auch ein Traum, wir haben uns auch da wunderbar amesiert❤️ Wir würden direkt nochmal dahin fahren, es war einfach nur wunderschön❤️ Vielen Dank für Eure Nettigkeit Michael und Christine, ihr seid sehr gute Menschen🥰😘🙏

Magnifique petit nid, un vrai cocon joliment décoré et entouré d'arbres, roseaux et autres végétaux Michel est adorable, à l'écoute et de très bon conseil dès que le jacuzzi sera chauffé, on reviendra sans doute car très bien placé pour visiter l'arrière pays et ses villages perchés au charme extraordinaire :)) Je recommande vivement !
