The apartment was completely refurbished early 2016. The bathroom is in marble, the kitchen with table top in granite is fully equipped with dish washer and washing machine. The 10 apartments have the same comfortable furniture and chic decoration . All amenities and the beach are 20 meters away. There is Air conditioning , Free Wifi and large flat screen TV in bedroom and living-room. The street in front of the building is pedestrian at night in high season.

We wanted our accommodations to be well decorated and confortable and we spent a lot of time doing so. This apartment was bought early 2016 and like the others are next to the beach, has sea view and parking. We choose Juan les Pins for its sandy beach and its holiday atmosphere most of the year.
We renovate and decorate the apartment with care as if it was for our own use. We manage ourselves the residence, welcome our clients and are proud of the nice reviews we received in return.
